      I don't think this is true. The majority of people are quite happy and issue free in their lives, and wouldn't really relate to any of this. Another large segment do have issues, but are blissfully lacking in self awareness. The people featured in these videos (and the audience of these videos) are the minority.

    The woman who felt insecure about aging... Her beauty doesn't fade, beauty doesn't fade when you get older. You change but you are still beautiful. You just no longer correspond to the ideal of beauty from the media and society that exemplifies that you are only beautiful when you are young. Which is nonsense! Beauty is not about your age!

      I'm really sorry but yes, beauty fades and there's no word that can counter this. This is just a fact. The proof is, she's struggling with it as many women do..
      The problem is placing a woman worth in her external beauty, and only this. She lived all her life by being judged and probably judging others regarding physical beauty and now it's fading.. the key is to not do it. Embrace who you are no matter what, you'll both loose the vanity and being judgemental

    • @carolinehabel
      @carolinehabel Год назад +8

      I honestly wonder if she really is "selfish", though. That term is very subjective as it is, but also, some people have unrealistically high expectations of themselves when it comes to how much they should put others first and how "good" of a person they are. This can also be furthered by certain religious teachings and upbringings. So she may be less "selfish" than other people yet just think she is particularly selfish.

    I may not be in front of that microphone but I would still like to share my story: When I was twelve years old my dad went away with friends for a weekend, he was in Spain. My mom was out for dinner with friends and I had to eat dinner with my fifteen year old sister. We had a fight at the dinnertable and then she want upstairs to take a bath. When I was sitting on our couch downstairs I got a text from her saying: “ I’m sorry I’m always so mean to you, I love you!” At the time I was a mad twelve year old and I was so stubborn that I did not want to say sorry to her so I replied saying: “ok”. She slit her wrists in the bathtub. I’m struggling keeping the thoughts that it was my fault under. It turned out she was dealing with depression. I would do anything to say I love you one last time.

    My secret is that :
    In 2006 I move from Oregon to Maryland, I told my dad I was going back for a few months to my country to visit my mother and I will be back to live with my aunt in California after that . He drove me to the airport, we said good bye and he left me there. I Took the flight to Maryland and disappeared for 11 years, but before all this happened I met this guy in a chat room and we started to call each other every night, eventually I decided that I don't want to live with my father and half sisters which I never seen before coming to the US. So I talked to this guy and I explain that I hate living with my dad and his family. I tell him that I need to get the fuck out of that house He said that I can come live with him....I started to gather all my belongings and even throw things I won't need in the garbage, and mailed all my clothing and stuff to him. So when I took that flight I just had this carry on bag and a backpack. I literally disappeared! My mom and dad didn't know where I was or anything. Then I arrived to BWI airport and the guy was there waiting for me......we got married in 2007 and still together to this day, It wasn't until 2018 that I reached my father and told him that I'm fine, I'm not death and that I got married and had a baby. He was shocked because he thought that I was a lesbian just because I loved T.a.t.U music and I was really weird and liked strange things....Yes sure he probably imagined myself being lesbian for 11 years going from girl to girl and doing drugs or whatever crazy scenario of my life. But I'm happy Healthy and I still don't want him or anyone from that family next to me. I never had him in my childhood, I don't know that to have a father is because I never had a father figure or protection. I didn't need him in my teen years I don't want him in my adult life.

      Do you realize how many women hold their children away from the father's. There's millions of father's that would love to see their kids but cant. Until they have a social media presence there's not a whole lot a lot of them can do about it. Even then most kids are so brainwashed against them. I never knew my father. My mom always demonized him for leaving growing up. Her side was that she got pregnant and as soon as he found out he disappeared. He went back to Mexico to be with his real family she said. From talking to older family members that were adults at the time I found out that he was actually around when I was a baby. Apparently my mom was screwing his 3 or 4 roommates as well because he refused to marry her. ( can't imagine why) He left because he didn't think I was his. I have extremely vague memories of going in for a DNA test. I know the state it was issued in as of current will only put a fathers name if he signs an affidavit himself, is married to the mother, or there's a positive match DNA test. I never seen my birth certificate until I turned 18 and got my drivers license I was so surprised that there was a name in the father slot.... It's a rather common first last name and there's no middle name. I want to find him so bad but I have no idea where to look. I was told that when I was about 12-13 that he had come seeking me through the courts by my step dad. He was also grooming me at the time my mother never mentioned a word to me about it. So I have no idea if it's even true or if it was just a grooming mind game. I'm so fucked up by my moms deceit. 15 years later at the age of 28 I can't stop thinking if he came to me and if so why she wouldn't even allow us to meet. But at the same time I hadn't asked anyone else about my baby years. It wasn't until my senior year of high school I actually asked about my dad we hadn't talked about him since I was little. More or less when I went to school and realized father's day was a thing and I was like " what?! These other kids have moms AND dads?" Anyways as soon as I brought it up her whole body stiffened she turned around asked "why?" I knew I wasn't gonna get any answers. Believe me when I say the military could not get the truth out of this woman. I once made reference to the perm she had when I was in 5th grade that she did AT HOME I helped take the rods out even. She was adamant she has never had a perm even when I went and found a picture of her with it and showed her she still denied ever having a perm in her life. The only hope that I have at this point is mailing in tubes of spit to various websites and hoping and praying that a family member on his side does as well. For all I know maybe that's all the hope the other side has too

    • @roguewhitewolf
      @roguewhitewolf 4 года назад +23

      @sarah j. I never knew my dad until I was 14. The first 7 years, my mom and grandmother sent his parents letters, but they kept it from him. They kept the fact he had a daughter from him. After he did know, he felt too shy and nervous to get to know me or reach out. My dad felt like that I wouldn't want to know him after all these years, or felt like I wouldn't accept him later on, because he wasn't there at first. It wouldn't have been true, but my dad is a kinda shy man, so I understand those years. The reason we now know each other is because his now wife pushed him to get to know me.
      It's not always the fault of the parent that doesn't have contact with the child, sometimes it's their family, or girl- or boyfriend that keeps them away for selfish reasons. My dad and I have a great connection, but his parents (they're not worth being called my grandparents) still act as if I don't exist

We know ourselves the most, of course we dislike everything about us the most. I've been dealing with this weird feeling that I'm better than everyone else (which is toxic) and that im worse than everyone at the same time (which is even worse). The point I'm trying to make is that you will judge yourself harsher than anything else. You want to be perfect, who doesn't. My secret is: I was sexually abused by a teacher for a year when I was eleven. It wrecked me more years afterwards; and I blocked it out to the point that I didn't realize it was abuse for five years after that. I self harmed for years, and passively attempted suicide. He hurt my friend, too, and I don't know how to forgive him and to come to terms with it.
    My partner was the only person I ever told, and I'm safe now. I never want my parents to know. It'd just hurt them.

      barbie Blueyestx not really about the experience. I’m sure you had a good experience but the function of our military is to play world police for the bankers and the elite. CIA steals opium from Afghanistan (through the use of the military) and then puts it out on black market. We occupy and bomb several countries for no reason. They have a right to hate us. This is why 9/11 happened. Even before Bush’s wars, we were still heavily present in the Middle East. The military is merely obedient tools used to accomplish the goals of the wealthy and powerful. This is why the guy in the video says what he says

    2. I am bi curios at the moment but I’m very afraid of that.
    3. I was diagnosed with anxiety, however when the therapist was asking me to figure out, I lied about questions because I don’t want people to worry about me.
