If we get a Digital Client for the Digimon TCG and a new Story game... this year is gonna be awesome.
To be honest I have this weird mental image of them making a new type of Digivice/V-Pet that is a set of AR goggles and a board-game looking platform... and then it evolving into basically being Bandai's own version of a home-console with other Bandai Namco franchises getting games for it.
Digimon liberator is a webcomic this was revealed after they recorded this
@@michaelliggett1622 Yeah, I know but I also know that the most recent survey about "what type of game would you most like to see from Digimon next" had the option of a Digital Client for the TCG as one of the pre-set options.

new story game please :x, ive for a while been looking to jump back into the digimon franchise but ive been holding off for something like that. I know they've dropped little hints about it. Hoping for something semi pokemon-ish (but with more care than recent mainline pokemon games...no further comment) being able to pick a starter out of three. maybe travelling an area challenging stuff, idk.
Digimon World 2003 fit the semi Pokemon-ish description: Pokemon-like, but unique enough to not be Pokemon. I really hope we get another game like that.
Supposedly their was a new digimon story game in the works that feature the Olympus 12 but that been in development hell for awhile last we heard about it was that "it is still in development"
My prediction
Next Digimon Story game will have its trailer shown with a 2024 release date
Next season of the anime will be shown and will tie into Digimon Liberator and the TCG

I was wondering, is it possible that Bandai America will release more Digimon Dim Cards? I already got the 3 American ones they have released so far, and would love to have the rest in the future, but I see with concern that they are focusing too much on the Batman and DC Comics VBH.
I just want a decent semi faithful remake to the original Digimon World PS1 game!!
I'd prefer Dw2003 tbh, but either or!
