Finland was recently named "the happiest country in the world." Third or 4th year in a row, I believe. Why is Finland so happy and Ashtabula so sad? You must have some ideas. Ashtabula's considerable Finn population had a bathhouse down by the Harbor liftbridge. I walked by 20-some years ago: it had been converted into a modest house.
