    I have resigned from German base listed company and I have invested money on company stocks and now I have to transfer those shares on my personal demat account. I do not have an idea so what i have to do to transfer those shares on my demat accout. please tell me the procedure.

    • @ahsanfinance
      @ahsanfinance  Год назад +1

      This depends on how your company is distributing these stocks. Chances are that your company opened some sort of depotkonto for you. If thats the case you can simply transfer that account to a broker like Scalable Capital.

    Hiya - here's a random one. I'm no longer a resident in Germany and moved back home to Australia. Should I leave my $ in German account? Can I do anything to invest the money without a German address/residency now?

    • @ahsanfinance
      @ahsanfinance  Год назад

      I dont think its a good idea. Most banks need a German Residence. Your bank might close your account in the near future.

    The money we get from this investment is also entitled to tax ?? Do we need to pay tax for the interest amount we receive ?

    • @ahsanfinance
      @ahsanfinance  9 месяцев назад

      You only pay Capital Gains Tax on your investments if you realize the gains. Meaning that you sell your stocks/ETFs at a profit. Capital Gains also applies on the interest you receive. However there is a tax free limit of 1000 Euro per year for individuals and 2000 Euro for Couples

      You only pay taxes on realized gains (after a stock is sold and profit is made). Losses can also be adjusted agains any gains from the same category where capital gains are applied

    Hello Ahsan, I am masters student in Germany and I started earning from last month. If I started investing my money here in stocks did that affect my tax class?? Currently I am in Tax class 1.

    • @ahsanfinance
      @ahsanfinance  Год назад

      Hey there, if you invest your own money and realize the gains. The profit you get will be taxed as capital gains and has nothing to do with your tax class. If you start day trading then that is a totally different scenario.

    Sir, Can you do a content explaining about making money in Germany with free taxes for hausfrau.
    And it is free taxes in germany if you open an account for trading as a beginniner and no gains yet.
    I am looking a ways of earning and investing a small capital which is free of taxes.
    As a housewife , I am dependent with my husband.
    T.y in advance 🎉

    • @ahsanfinance
      @ahsanfinance  Год назад

      I have a Video which Might help you as a Hausfrau here: ruclips.net/video/7dZrXUlimnw/видео.html
      You can have a tax free profit of €1000/year (€2000/year if you and your husband both invest).
      You will only be taxed if you sell stocks/ETFs and gain a profit above the tax free limit.
      Hope this helps
