I must admit i used to hate him a lot, but also i really love the way he plays and makes the tennis more like a show. An extremely talented serve and volley player, hated by some, loved by others (like amazing girls that i don't know how he gets).
I love him. He's a great showman!
He has the best feeling of the ball i have ever seen.

The guy is his own self let him be, everyone gave Hewitt a hard time when he started doing cmons and fist pumps now the whole tour does it, he being and individual thats all

If you´re talking about the duration of matches (5 hours) due to lots of long baseline rallies, then yes, that´s spectacular. But I think that the only spectacular moments in a match Murray vs Nadal are the moments when either player is forced to rush the net either due to a drop shot or when the opponent is under massive pressure at the baseline and rushing the net isn´t that risky. But endless baseline rallies make me yawn. That´s why I like Stepanek´s playstyle better than Rafa´s or Novak´s.
And of course a 50 shots baseline rally is spectacular, no doubt about it. But I find it boring when that´s the only kind of spectacle a match has to offer. Serve/Volley makes the game faster and more dynamic because there are close passing shots and lobs and smashes and sometimes dives. Not the duration of an exchange is important but what I see during an exchange. That´s why I prefer all-court tennis. Just my opinion.

Considering Roddick's head-to-head with Federer, he must have hated playing against Štěpánek as well. Beautiful tennis...
I like Stepanek´s all-court playstyle. Much more entertaining to me than those boring baseliners.

pues... tenísticamente, me parece muy divertido de ver e interesante, tanto su juego en volea como en la base, me parece muy interesante si juega solido, pero su personalidad me parece desagradable .-.
Stepanek was engaged with Hignis but they split in august 2007,He married Nicole Vaidisova in 2010 but they separated in 2013, He is now with Kvitova, Why all that happened ? Is Stepanek left them

I see your point and I fully respect it. I just don't find volleying that spectacullar. I thinj that volleying style has "died". Passing and lob shots and generally ground strokes have become quicker and more accurate than they were in the past. Hitting a volley, in today tennis, is not only unnecessary, but risky. Just my opinion though.
After Federer most likeable player on the tour.

I´m talking about diversity. I just don´t wanna see the same things again and again and again. No nonstop S/V neither nonstop baseline grinding. I think the courts and racquets should allow to play successfully with both plastyles S/V and baseline tennis and not only with baseline tennis. Diversity.
in football it's maybe funny , but in tennis it's annoying for sure.
