Hey nice video had a question friend has a gallardo 06 would this be need to replace his clutch to calibrate? I know this video is old but figured I ask .
Thanks for the vid. What part is actually wearing when you consider these calculations? When you get to the 80-90% mark is it time for a new clutch all together or can it be rebuilt replacing whatever parts are wearing out?
The friction material of the clutch is wearing out. When the clutch wear reaches 80-90% wear I would replace the clutch. Of course that’s my opinion. I have seen some clutches that when they got really thin the friction material would crack and even come apart. You could rebuild the clutch if you wanted to. I rebuilt a clutch in my Ferrari 360 with carbon Kevlar on the flywheel side and Kevlar on the other side. It has hardly any wear and it’s been 9 years.
Hey, is the 14,2825 are constant Number for every Car? I try to do the Wear Clutch on a R8. But the Audi Instructions are not in %, its in mm 10/3: 1214 10/4: 1232 1232 - 1214 = 0018 1/80 mm x 18 = 0,225 mm wear so my theory 12.32 - 12.14 = 0,18 * 14,2825 = 2,5% wear

Am I correct in assuming this software does not work on Pre LP Gallardos?
