    I think using the boom toggles from the truck is just dangerous. They have remotes now that make life a million times easier.

      no doubt. def only use the ones on the truck if the remote isn't working but that never happens

    Do you need a special license to operate That boom truck ?

    • @stevehall8227
      @stevehall8227 Год назад +1

      All cranes over some weight capacity require a license. Depending on the license school it can be broken down super specifically or hydro, conventional, tower, boom truck, and knuckle boom. There may be a couple more sub classes of the license.

    no the first step is to set the brakes and place the vehicle in neutral Are you NCCCO certified? you must not be putting video like this and not setting up the crane right

    • @FuckTheState
      @FuckTheState 2 года назад +1

      That’s just the first step of parking any vehicle. He’s i tructing how to use the crane, not how to drive the damn truck. What kind of idiot doesn’t know you have to set the brakes and put the vehicle in neutral in order to keep the engine running? Does that require certification too? Lol

    TOO MUCH OF TIME WASTING, JUST USE A BOOM WITH ROTATING FORKS LIKE THE ONES THEY USE FOR DRYWALL !

    • @toddepprecht4517
      @toddepprecht4517 2 года назад +1

      Knuckles have more flexibility to reach things and the forks for knuckles lift the same but only weight 450 lbs versus 1200 for the rotator and fork assembly. So you have cargo weight to can lift
