In this video I am going to show you how to upgrade to unsigned iOS without SHSH blobs and to update to unsigned iOS without jailbreak. As an example, I have shown how to update to iOS 14.8 instead of 15 even if it is unsigned. All available upgradable iOS versions will expire after their 90 days period after their unsigned date. Please note, you can't downgrade iOS version using this method.

Bro 14.8 OTA has expired. And delayed OTA will need 14.5 and up so no it won't work for you

1. No you can not go back to 13.5 now.
2. Even if 14.8 OTA profile expires, you can still use 14.8 without worries
3. Yes you can do everything as same as before but i am Afraid backups may not be compatible with 14.8 from previous versions

Brother on iOS 10/11 you cannot use checkra1n so i doubt it would work. One thing you can do is, restore your device with itunes and then it should work. But yes you will then be on iOS 15, then you can downgrade to ios 14 if you have blobs.
