Hi from Southern California. The stolen wallet reminded me of when a friend had her purse stolen by two men. The were caught and went on trial. When my friend was on the stand the prosecutor asked her if the two men who robbed her were in the courtroom...the two defendants raised their hands.

I am terrified of them, so I have a peppermint oil pillow/bedding spray and I have a diffuser that smells of mint to try and keep them as far away from my bedroom as possible 😅

I used to use that didn't work for me sadly.
It generally works because straight peppermint oil burns, so although it is effective, I'd keep it out of the ear canal where it could really hurt 👂💨
You could also put the oil on door and window frames to keep them out of the house completely. I mean… that would also trap spiders that are already in the house inside, but you could just bring them outside 🤷🏻♀️
I‘ll definitely give it a try, since I don‘t like the smell of peppermint oil and would go crazy if my bed smelled like it 😂

Why are we teaching kids gender roles like “men are providers and protectors” if dad wants to be house husband, WHO CARES!? If your daughter wants to be provider and protector or she wants to be housewife WHO CARES? It’s not your relationship. By trying to control her future relationships based on something as arbitrary as gender, you are teaching her to go around judging other people’s relationships too, which is clearly exactly what she did!!
Completely agree with this. As a black person, we need to release our grip on these gender roles. It always aggravates me to see other black parents teaching their kids that nonsense.
Idk man, each gender has a set of imbedded skills, which when working together create somewhat of a “dream team.” I believe everyone should do whatever they see fit for their own lives but can’t deny the God given strengths/weaknesses of men vs women and how well they compliment each other. So no judgement on you if that’s what you believe, because believing anything else would be denying that the bible/other religious text is true and that would blow up your life. I’m not religious, and honestly, I don’t believe gender roles are inherent. I think it’s mostly the way you’re raised and even biology has a lot of variation. I think teaching kids about gender roles is a waste of time unless your god says you have to.

Yeah she really did, it’s like she’s raising her to be a gold digger, dependent on a man, and keeping her in this oppressed gender role. The girl was hilarious with the story, but the outcome of what he mother is instilling in her isn’t.
I can see what you mean, but I don’t necessarily agree though because I interpreted differently. When she talks about Providers and Protectors about men, I’m assuming that she already taught her daughter how to be that for herself and others. The 50’s family and work dynamic is purely double standard, and it still stems today but can apply to either gender. What I’m interpreting from her teaching, is that she doesn’t want her daughter to fall into that dynamic. Both gender roles have to divide the needs and responsibilities of the household instead of on just one parent or individual.

That chap in the train bathroom had clearly been in there for an excessive amount of time and someone had alerted the employee that someone was locked in the bathroom. They were probably worried that he'd passed out or something. Fortunately (depending on your point of view), the chap was just ill and had probably spent an excessive amount of time puking.

I remember when my son was in elementary, the kids earned points for good behavior in the form of paper coupons that they could later redeem for prizes such as games, toys, books, etc from the prize closet (or box, drawer, etc.) At his school, it was "Arnold Bucks" because the school was called Arnold Heights.
Once earned, the teachers weren't supposed to ever take them back though, so a kid would have the right to be angry that something he earned was taken away.

I suspect that his Mom wrote that note, or at least helped him, a lot. A 6 year old is usually a 1st grader, and I've never known of a kid that age writing that well. Many adults I know don't write that well!

I was THAT spider lady!! I was helping a neighbor with his landscaping business when i was very young (19) because 2 of his workers called in sick. As I was trimming a hedge & I felt a little critter hit my ear and it quickly crawled right on in there. I was flipping out because it was getting as snug as a....well, you know the rest. Anyway, I ended up going into a walk in clinic and they did to me what this lady had done. Peroxide was my new best friend, after that. Believe it or not, I still happily trim my hedges. It's been 36 years since that happened. Take care everyone & enjoy your summer gardening!

I had a neighbor who was a "good" friend. Good enough for each of us to have a key to each other's apartment. One morning I had a weird feeling and went nextdoor. I saw my bf being intimate with my " good" friend. They did not see me. I went back home and fixed them a fantastic breakfast (eggs Benedict, home fries, fresh fruit, OJ, coffee) and served them breakfast in bed. Never said a word. Been binge watching Charlotte’s videos while aggressively crocheting a blanket for my boyfriend (he’s visiting me this October and I want to get it done before he arrives) it’s been pretty effective but every so often I have to quit moving my hands because she makes me laugh like a maniac. I can relate to having a bug on the ear. The other night, while I was sleeping, my ear was irritated and it hurts, a different kind of hurt that you'd normally get. And I feel something there, I quickly stuck my finger and took it out while still half as sleep. Let me tell you, I had goosebumps because I felt it's hands, insect hands! It's so creepy and I'm just glad it didn't get in too deep in my ear.

I'm asexual, but that doesn't mean that I never have sex. I _rarely_ have sex, and it's been 7 years since the last time. It means that I don't have libido and never think about sex until "it comes up" (pun intended). Sex never came naturally to me, so I had to read books and watch non-pornographic instructional videos to learn what to do. I'm not religious or a "prude", so it's not about my belief system.
Back when I was married it was something I did for my partner because it made him happy. Kind of like cooking his favorite dish even though it's not my favorite and it's labor-intensive and I get stuck with the clean-up. (ha)

Hydrogen Peroxide is actually great for cleaning ears, but you want to mix it with a bit of warm water like 1:1 HP to warm water. I lay on the couch with a towel under my head and use a dropper to put it in my ear, leave for 10-15 minutes and then switch ears.

4:50 ‐ the passenger in the toilet on the train didn't do anything wrong. Here in the UK you buy your ticket before you get on the train most of the time and then during the journey a ticket inspector comes along, checks your ticket is for thst journey, punches a hole in it or stamps it and then you go about his business as he/she moves on to the next person. Sometimes you can buy tickets from the inspector and he/she has a little printer with him as not all train stations have ticket offices and machines, but most people buy them before the journey as its becoming more common to have barriers at the train station where you need to put your ticket in the machine to open the gate to get to your train and you have to do the same to exit the train station (that way no one can travel without a ticket). The inspector checks passengers tickets after every stop - they look for people they don't recognise and people who have their tickets ready because people get their tickets out when they see the inspector enter their car, so this inspector had no reason to open the door as he/she would probably be coming back along the train in a bit anyway, and he/she wouldn't recognise the guy who he hadn't seen because he was in the bathroom (plus the dude would probably have his ticket out ready for the inspector). If this is real (the inspector doesn't mention tickets or say he's the inspector, and you can't see a uniform or the printer they carry) then the dude in the bathroom needs to complain. If he doesn't have a ticket chances are he'd have to pay at his destination to get through the barriers, but even if there are no barriers the inspector has no right to unlock the toilet door! What if he was using the toilet?! That's a total breach of privacy and I would have been fuming if that happened to me!

If you had a spider/bug in your ear, you would be able to feel or hear it 😉 Anybody worried about pouring liquid in their ear canal, vinegar and alcohol are your best bets because they will evaporate more quickly. My mother had to rinse her ears out with vinegar to prevent the build up of earwax for over 10 years
Tell me why I just immediately trusted you and poured vinegar in my ears 😂 I'm usually so skeptical about anything on the internet but that video has me so freaked out and I don't have any hydrogen peroxide
@@WhitneyDahlin lol getting a bug in your ear much less likely to happen than you think, but I understand as I suffer from paranoia as part of my mental health, and it never hurts to check just to be sure! But it is more likely to happen during camping or extended times spent outside rather than when you’re at home 🏡 the vinegar won’t do any damage so long as you don’t leave it in there for extended periods of time

Actually using hydrogen peroxide in your ears is okay! I was having trouble hearing and I made an appointment with my doctor. He recommended I get my ears cleaned. The girl in his office that did the procedure used hydrogen peroxide and warm water. It really works to clean the wax buildup out safely. It surprised me too!Thanks for the video!😁✌
Not if you have any problems in your ears (esp hole in eardrum).. I was told never to do it by my ear doctor, it kills off healthy cells as well as bad ones. Always use hydrogen peroxide sparingly, even on cuts. (ER doctor advice)

About that toilet in a train, I've heard of situation there was like 5 people locked in a toiled and one outside. The outsider one showed their ticket and the second one "of a friend in the toiled". Controlorer walked away and in this way 7 people went by train with two tickets
