They should have included mortar launch affects that go in the mortar barrel that could connect the mortar shell. Kind of like what we seen with Boba Fett‘s jet pack and rocket. Also it looks like they should’ve included a backpack cover on the backside as there appears to be a panel with a latch and hole on the upper left part of the backpack. And agree needs a sidearm.
Agree with the printed base with no footprints. Having them removed looks much better. As an add, they could take it one step further and print both sides of the footplate, one for sand/dirt and the other side either snow or grass. It’s such an easy add that can completely change the look of the display.

Totally agree that the figure should of come with at least an E-11 and all of the detanators should of been removable, but saying that i think most of us must have a ton of spare weapons to loan this trooper, not that we should have too.Awesome that Hot Toys have given the legs better articulation so we can get this trooper into knee poses etc.Fantastic figure, i can not wait to get mine from Hong Kong any day now. Thank you as always for a superb, concise review Justin.😎

My one and only complaint.... The figure could definitely use a lot more weathering and battle damage. The figure looks more like a cheap toy, and less like a high-end collectible. Some additional paint would have made a huge difference!

At this point, the classic Storm Trooper look is the Porsche 911 look. It’s iconic. You can buy your Porsche I mean, Storm Trooper in Red, white, yellow, black… Just like Porsche, Hot Toys is a pretty penny to continue buying. 😆

I hate the base with this one. I personally just wish they would have kept the textured sand, and just removed the footprints. I’d like to have better looking bases for my Hot Toys, esp for what they cost.

@@JustinsCollection I have a handful of the Star Wars figures with the same bases, mando as previously mentioned, remant troop, durasteel mando and heavy mando, some of my friends also have some of the Star Wars figures that come with the “metal” name plates but they are quite obviously plastic which you can find out by touching it for a few seconds, not cold to the touch, quite obviously shiny plastic
It looks good but i would say: "Dear Hot Toys, less troopers and more main charachters!". Where are Padme Amidala, Mace Windu, Bespin Han Solo, Bespin Luke, Cad Bane, Asajj Ventress and all the others jedi from the prequel trilogy!?
@@JustinsCollection Check out the reviews for the new Hot Toys Assault Tank Commander. That’s the type of weathering Hot Toys should be doing on all their Troopers. Same type of weathering as on the Shore Troopers etc. Soo much more realistic. Plus makes the figures look more like a serious adult collectible/display piece as apposed to a toy. Just mine opinion....

Hey they're easily found on ebay or Amazon. I got one. If you don't have a light box you may want to get one of those.
