You are coming across the pond to my area! There are Two LNS in Massachusetts. Stitch New England which is in North Attleboro MA and very close to RI which is run by Pam of Stitching in the Land of Good Enough. And The World In Stitches which is in Littleton MA north of Boston. About an hour from Salem….depending on traffic. Randi runs The World In stitches and is lovely. She usually has a very good selection of seraphim fabrics. Both shops definitely worth the trip. You will love your trip…perfect time of year to visit New England.

Hi Elaine! So wonderful to see a floss tube from you. Feast looks great and you made a lot of progress on it. Love Magic Forest. I can honestly say that I have never wanted to work on confetti - LOL! Cheese Delivery is looking great. Your tent stitch pieces really do not look like tent stitch pieces. I am so tempted to buy a Long Dog. I really like 1 Down 3 Across. Your latest spoon is so massive and beautiful. The border of Lady of Mystery is massive! I am so surprised that you had a needle minder rust on your fabric :( Sweater Weather is so cute. Love your Mill Hill bee and the progress you made. That darned frog has been terribly active lately :( I had one piece recently that I swear every time I touched it I had to frog. Wonderful haul. Really like the Mill Hill Latte pattern. Greta Goldbroom is so cute. Love And Heaven and Nature Sing, it is gorgeous but oh my that deer! 28 petite needles are my favorite needles to stitch with. So very happy that you received a clean bill of health and will keep you in my prayers for the next couple of months until your recheck at least. My thoracolumbosacral brace and I are not friends most of the time as it is still aggravating my pre-existing sacro-iliac joint dysfunction. My family physician gave me a 30-day supply of muscle relaxers and the orthopedic doctor had given me a 30-day supply of a narcotic med so they expect a long haul, 3-6 weeks of pain if the fracture heals without complication and possibly up to 3 months so I am trying to be good and not get overly rambunctious with household chores although the dirt is driving me crazy as well since I normally sweep at least twice a day due to all the dust in this apartment. Oh well, guess I will muddle through. Take care of yourself and happy stitching.

My husband have started to say "tutti frutti" instead of confetti to mess with my head. So in my house we have started to say tutti frutti instead. And when i told a friend that she said, that what if fun confetti is tutti frutti, and boring confetti is confetti still? because confetti is just a mess to clean up, but tutti frutti is tasty and nice. @@elliewelliestitcher If you are interested in US revolutionary history and like walking, I recommend following the Freedom Trail. They make it really easy to follow--there is literally a red line (sometimes bricks, sometimes a painted red line) to follow. It might be three miles or so to walk. All city streets with only a hill or two. We chose not to go in any of the museums (mainly because we started early to avoid the heat) so I can't recommend them one way or another. About halfway through you end up in an Italian neighborhood which makes a great break for a cup of coffee and a pastry.
The aquarium was also fun but it was a bit expensive and super-crowded. School should be in session by the time you get here so that might reduce the crowds--we were fighting strollers all over the place. However, I always love to watch penguins and seals.

First and most important - I'm soooo glad that you've received a clean bill of health. Waiting in limbo is the hardest thing to deal with. Great news! I'm not very familiar with the New England area as far as LNS is concerned. But there is a FT group called Stitching Road Trip that is actually dedicated to researching and listing the currently open LNS shops - I believe they're listed by state. It's been a while since I've looked, but I know they are still quite an active group and if you can't find anything in the files, if you ask a question I'm sure someone will be happy to help you. That might give you some ideas. Beautiful projects!! I'll be starting my/your Harvest Dance in the beginning of Sept. All kitted and ready to go. What's the hashtag for that SAL again, pls? Hi Elaine! I´m so happy that you´re okay! I wish you a wonderful holiday in the states with lots of stiching shops. Did you see Lauren Flossabilitie (that word looks somehow wrong), she just finished a next Dunn ... and picked up two new .... arrrghhhh .... they are so great! Louisa Barney is out of stock unfortunaltely ---- unfortunaltely??? Maybe I should be glad. Linda from 144 hobbys just brought me to buy the sampler of Ester Blackwood 1853 (limited edition), do you know that sampler? It´s really dangerous to watch you all. 😂Happy stiching and have a great time! --- Ehm, what I wanted to say, I´m sorry for that needleminder, if it´s not unrusting steel a humid weather situation is sufficient for rusting. You can try vingar or lemon juice or white toothpast with fluorine (hope all words are correct). In Germany we have stain remover from Dr. Beckmann, this are little bottles that you can find in every shop that sells detergents. I´ll keep my fingers crossed that you are successfully removing the rust! 💪

Hi Regine, Louisa barny is a lovely sampler, she is a big one though!! I haven’t seen Ester Blackwood, I will check it out. The rust on my fabric won’t notice when I stitch over it, but we do get Dr Beckmann over here too, so I might try that for any future mishaps!! Take care and happy stitching 🪡🪡🧵
