I took the machine back to Williams Sonoma and got the Miele Black Whole Bean Countertop Coffee System - CM6310BK. The Krups was annoying; it constantly told me to clean the machine and all I wanted to do was make a cappuccino. DealBreaker. If I had cleaned it as often as it wanted I would never made coffee! These super automatics should rinse automatically upon shutoff. I hate this Krups machine. Don't buy it!!!
