Goku can never be an angel, Angels are a race not an achievement. Its like telling an athlete if he trains hard enough he can become a cheetah, yes maybe but it wouldnt be in the literal sense. Maybe saying Goku will become an angel is just in the figurative way

Its just a rule made by grand priest to not have his children affect the balance too much but he could make an exception to goku its not some automatic fight = you vanish into non existence thing.

Ya got a lot of the lore completly wrong, Daishinkan was created to be guardian/mentor to Zeno by Zeno's father. The other angels are literally Daishinkan's biogical childern, but due to something that happened in the past he had to seal away his own wife and a few of his childern because they wanted to overthrow Zeno. This is also the reasoning behind a few of the universes got erased all those years ago.

Naw. Zeno is THE god of destruction with his angel attendant. The reason he's childlike is so, when the necessity arrives to anahilate trillions of lives and souls, it's easy for him. Angles are not a race.. they were created by the grand priest for the sole purpose of steering their own universe in the correct direction without directily interfering.
Grand priest did not make a so called deal with zeno. Its is much more likerly that the angles are a part of the servants of a higher diety. Yes i mean even higher than zeno.
