Thank you so much for the review of this keyboard, I was eyeing it for a long time now. I was thinking between Steelseries and this one, but I think I'll go with this one. Hell I'll probably get all the mods that you did as well, maybe some extra or so :)
Just got a ducky one 3 black full size with red switches, i wanted the silent red but they were out of stock with no estimate time for restock. i was afraid it would be too loud but its actually pretty quiet. I still want a silent red tho but this will do for now. So far loving it.
Seems like a nice keyboard, and having all settings on itself instead of proprietary software is a huge plus! Hopefully other manufacturers start providing that possibility.
MX Clear ❤❤ was on stock, I ordered both black & white these Duckies 😍It's the endgame keyboard, I have already DayBreak and Yellow with MX Clears (took some getting used to) note: MX Blue is typing, which would suit my purpose, but I just dislike the feeling no matter how hard I tried (fault in me).
there was only one shop in my country that sells the full size and i got it on sale - no regrets, i use it at work and its great cos i can keep it plugged it without having the worry to charge it cos i need the use the numpad a lot - paired with some drop mt3 keycaps which are so great ergonomically, mx cherry silent and some gateron yellows on the numpad; and it is a very solidly built, reliable and productive keyboard overall for my daily office work. the only gripe i have is that the top 4 keycaps above the numpad - cal sound mute sound less and sound more, are not easily available with many keycap makers out there. although it is wired they dont play w the rgb, it is very fast and beautifully shown and bright! there are 4 led lights under the space bar FYI . i also have the white base color so in a dark setting/dark room it is really nice, even better than some transparent/clear/opaque keyboard bodies out there.
Ducky One 3 has a production-line bugged cm1/cm2 led illumination, that is flickering if setting custom, user-defined lights. I had to refund mine today.
Hi I just recently got a ducky one 3 from Amazon. Using various function key command macros you can set it to a static color. Red green and blue each have 10 levels to them and you can set any combo youd like. I.E. 0 R 0 G 10 B Would be a fully static blue keyboard. Along those lines 10 R 0 G 10 B would be a fully static purple keyboard. It's really nice and requires no software either. I love my ducky one 3!!!
Toyed with this one for a while and decided to buy it after watching your video. Bought the all black full size ISO-Layout with silent red switches yesterday for 100€ (used, but as new since it is only 2 months old). Really love it. Corsair K70 low profile has to retire after modding the ducky a little bit. Please tell me which caps you are using. THANK YOU. :)

Great choice buddy and happy modding. Just FYI the rabbit hole is deep 😁

Great choice man, luckily you can get any switches now 😁 Rabbit hole is deep 😔

The only drawback is that you need to remember all of those functions 😉😉

Hi vladi, I am immensely happy to see you having your own channel! Keep doing this.
Lots of greetings from Berlin!
Thank you so much! ❤️

That is unfortunate. I will wait to purchase mine
is it there a option to put the rgb in static mode, just one color always?

How do you disassemble the frame? I’m trying to tape mod my kb but there’s no disassembly guide for the full size
Hello and thanks for this complete review. Could you tell me where you got these cool keycaps ? Thanks.
Thanks buddy 😊
Keycaps are from Keychron 👍

@@LevelUPGamingTech hey man, i was wondering if holding F10 for 3 sec like it says in the manual completely turns off the rgb/backlighting?
I have it with mx browns. Just ordered akko matcha greens for fluency in typing and gaming. Browns are too scratchy, therefore are a bit tedious.

Hey glad you liked the video, I am using the Keychron Blue & Gray keycaps 👍
The Ducky One 3 has way to many quality control issues to make it "endgame" worthy.
Can you elaborate on that?
@@lgeiger Apparently it has bad chattering issues due to poor firmware that still hasn't been fixed
