When ur at high altitude the oxygen level is low. N for combustion u need oxygen . Air filter nikal do on high altitude but later jab nich jaoge to filter laga de na.

An eye opener for everyone how such things can be tackled. I would suggest everyone to carry an hydration bag with themselves and drink atleast 6-8lts in such 6-8hrs drive. At the end it was such a nice vlog 👍
Advice for everyone - have a nice heavy breakfast on such long rides on high altitude and drink lots of water! Mere jaise galti na karna and have a happy journey!

Bad advice bro.. always eat light nd eat at regular intervals.. drink lots of water..
if you’ll eat heavy you’ll be out of breath as all the oxygen in the body will be used to digest food as that’s body’s first priority. Never eat full in high altitudes. Drink lots of water nd eat every 3-4 hrs.. quick carbs does wonders

I suggest a high performance air filter. The air filter fitted in your bike from the company may not be of high performance thus may not allow high air flow and eventually low power.
Bhai lehsun paani ki bottle mein dalkar rakho jab oxygen level kam lage pee lo. Max 5 piece

Another vlogger who just did Spiti Valley on his Highness faced same problem...it was not picking up on up hills even on first gear. Only option is to let it cool down for 20 odd minutes and then start again.
I faced it @ 9000 ft. Altitude in Kufri, Himachal Pradesh just 3 days back on cb350
This is not the problem bro, ecu have issues with the proper fueling, there is a fix for now but proper fix would be with software update only.. i will upload the video with solution

I have spoken to Honda service manager and he said problem is because of less oxygen at high altitude + fuel injection system + bs6 norms

Bhai please change the airfilter from cotton to nylon (K&N or BMC) performance airfilter you will get the power and milage. And you will love it

Deepbhai fuel tank ekdam full na karvao 100 ml jitna baki rakho, aap ka fuel tank lid lock problem ussi wajah se ho jata hai.

I heard CB 350 uses viscous type Air filter which will accumulate dust very easily in these conditions. I think ordinary paper filter is better in these conditions.
@Manish Anand no bro, its ecu fueling issue.. i solved it by removing a fuse with the help of honda guys.. they will soon fix it with software update

air you have a problem like that at high altitude problem is it's not getting enough air in combustion chamber to ignite the fuel best is remove the air filter and ride at high altitude it's always a problem efi or carb what does it matter bs6 or bs4 or ECU programming at high altitude engine has to run lean

Sir real issue is nothing but problem in its fuelling system, it really struggles at high altitudes which you will see in upcoming vlogs. Seat position has nothing to do with air intake which we thought earlier

Bike is tall geared so you have to downshift to a lower gear for the pull
Moreover the more u travel up the altitude lack of oxygen plays a major factor. Since it is a fuel injected it should be not an issue. But the vehicles tend to lose its power the more u travel up the altitude. It happened with my safari ,this is a 350 cc bike. Suggestion is to use lower gear more while climbing as cb350 is a tall geared bike..
He was riding in 1st gear! Couldn't downshift 😛
Mapping is only solution. In carbureted bike it's easily doen by increasing fuel ratio. In fuel injection it cannot be done by users

@@ashishm8611 its ecu mapping issue.. will be fixed by honda soon… i too had same issues at high passes, even the not starting problem
@@amandatta4941 Am sure they will figure out the ECU mapping. Wondering if honda people tested the honda bikes in these conditions. This is where RE does its extensive testing as they know that the customers will be taking RE in these areas.

Actual reason was less quantity of air intake in engine, our air filter was also very dirty

Everything is super cool except one annoying point- parking light is on all the time. This doesn't make any sense and shows that we Indians have lot to learn about driving/traffic rules :(
Actually we did it just to recognize our group in traffic in rear view mirrors. Most of riding groups do this. Btw, we will keep them off from next rip onwards as this trip has already been completed👍

@@deepranjansachan It's not good practice to keep them on all the time, other drivers will think you have some problem with your bike. you can use intercom to keep in touch and why you to recognize you're in group or solo ? that's not reason to keep Hazard light On all the time. that's show off thing.

Nausea is not common. It's symptom of AMS. If untreated can cause HAPO Or HACO. Don't tell such things in videos which you are not aware of. Served there for 28months man

On a side note. Desi vlog mein frequently abrupt in/out English track, aur woh bhi random songs. Thoda too much noisy ho gaya. Sahi se blend nahi ho paa raha hai. Kuch toh kami hai editing mein.

Bro email honda.. i too got in touch with north head honda. My issue was that the bike was not getting started on high altitudes, spl all passes.. i did what they said and after that everything was fine. I helped a lot of honda bikers on the way.. they will comfirm whether it can be fixed with ecu update or not
