Bill Mummy was involved with a band and wrote for Marvel and was in at least one other television show after Lost in Space. It is said his comic book collection dates back to at least the 1950s and is out of this world!

Yes. All the cast were an excellent set-up of good actors. However, Jonathan Harris was a truly outstanding Shakesperean actor -- he was a professional theatrical actor in nyc. Irwin Allen was also a formidable arts manager, set director and executive. Brasil Brasil

I met Harris when my uncle's architectural firm was contracted by him to build an addition on his CA home. The job took two months, and I worked on the project over a summer. Harris was only there for about two weeks during the construction, but I had the opportunity to talk briefly with him on several occasions. Very cordial, down-to-earth guy, and when the job was completed, he took the entire crew out for dinner. Greatt experience. I didn't know until then what a long career he's had.

Lost in Space predated Star Trek by a year. It's first season was seriously written with a compassion to it. Seasons 2 and 3 were basically a Dr Smith tour de force. Camp and didn't take itself at all too seriously.

Johnathan Harris still has it ! LOL
His Superlatives still are great. He added to the show with his character
Billy Mummy grew up and was good as a child actor.
The show was a good after school show waiting for the next weekly episodes
    A fun Show.

Thanks for upload. I grew up in middle-class but 'urban' environment - and while watching old reruns of this show, I used to look in the dictionary to figure out Dr Smith's insults.
This show taught me that there's more creative ways to express yourself or even insult somebody than just "mo-fo" this and 'mo-fo' that-served me well in life and business.
RIP "Dr. Smith/Mr. Harris" - I owe you one.....

Loved this show. Me and my son have been watching the series on Hulu Plus and for such a young guy, he is really into it. Next I will get him into Voyage to the bottom of the sea.

It's very easy to get caught up in this scene. They all played these characters perfectly. I wish the original cast could have completed work on the two hour TV movie. I would have loved seeing the Jupiter 2 return to earth. 🤗

They still had it. How good was Jonathan, in his 80's. Brilliant. If you haven't seen Billy in Babylon 5, I highly recommended watching from Season 2 to 5. Fantastic show as well.
