She should've taken her charges, got out on bail, and enrolled in rehab (which looks great in front of a judge if you haven't already used this tactic). She wasn't some big drug dealer that we know of, so she would've gotten a slap on the wrist. The only real work she would have had to put in was proving herself to be a fit mother again to CPS, but the child wouldn't have gone into the system unless the father was also on drugs.

As a lifelong Arkansas native myself this one hits harder for sure, but everyone around here know everyone. You’d never in a million years expect something like this to happen. Also the reason they aren’t going to release any info and have kept it under such wraps is because it’s literally their fault, they got her killed and they know that. And by the way just to clear a bit of confusion, she said Troy didn’t know Lacy and them and had to like get to know them and gain their trust and all that but that’s not how it works, Troy was probably just told that she could get charges lowered if she get info on someone higher up and she just happened to know Lacy and them already. It also would explain them not really wanting to go after Lacy but it just happen to be the person she snitched on. Absolutely horrible, prayers for her family!
