Yagami vs. The Kamurocho Bomber『JUDGMENT』

The Kamurocho Bomber who was responsible for planting 3 bombs across the city as an act of vengeance for being fired from his security company; was finally revealed to be a worker at a Poppo.
Yagami tracked him down as he was just about ready to detonate his final bomb - himself. However, Yagami's friend was able to change the frequency of the bomb, thus defusing it.
His reasoning for planting bombs across the city was that Kamurocho must be exposed for its faulty security system; one that he himself tried to fix before being fired from his company. Perhaps he was right, but Yagami put a stop to his plans.
