Fed the Warp Prism with High Templars for no reason.
Maru humiliating his opponent. Parting completely falling apart, not pulling the warp prism to the full shield battery, running into a ton of mines, a couple of times, with a working observer nearby.
Man, this first game feels like Parting was hyped up for the match.
I'm isn't good at playing Starcraft II but i love watching people playing it competitively.

Haven't finished the video yet but I hope it's gonna be the proxy nexus into probe into pylon in the enemy terran's base, into warpin dt's. Parting's blink stalkers really make it looks like he actually has a chance in winning the games.

in the end, the female caster had a really "You're kinda dumb" attitude towards parting. Yeah he messed up microing the prism there, he made a mistake, whats with the "WhY wOuLd YoU gO iN wItH tHe PrIsM tHeRe?!" dudes not a god. he's allowed to make a mistake, it's not like he meant to do that. smh.
I mean its a valid thing for the commentator to pick up on. Templars in the prism is common vs ghosts but against no ghost and a raven its a huge missplay and might have cost him the game
@@fredrikronnberg684 That is true, but she didn't comment on that. Parting made a mistake and she treated it like he made an intentionally bad decision, when looking at it, he was obviously distracted by the blink micro to target fire the tanks that he forgot the prism was hit by a matrix. The decision to pull the prism to the front was under the inference that it could drop, which was a mistake. Yet she treats it as if it wasn't a mistake, but rather, a terrible decision, which, would be fine to assume, but by going "Why would you go in when your prism is in interference matrix?" Is like she's trying to point out it was common sense and he was dumb. The tone of her voice is very "I'm smarter and I'm tired of seeing you be a dumbass". It's very condescending.
Which to her defense, she realizes immediately but rather than confront her mistake she immediately changes the subject with "It's always gonna be tough anyways". If you listen from 12:45 she already starts having this condescending tone, even laughing at parting slightly. It's very rude and unprofessional

I mean Maru might be better, but who wants to see someone turtle for 15 minutes and just be passive and win by that. Boring.
Its call timing push, Terran cant move out of their base with 4 Gate Blink Stalker build. If Parting just macro up and defend, Maru would be the aggressor instead. Its all down to build and playstyle.

@@tigera6 Well he is known for his defensive playstyle, there is a reason for that.
@@elukok No he is not. Maru is known for proxying A LOT early and also go with multi drop harrassment all game long. He is one of the most aggressive Terran player in the world, along with Clem and Byun.
Had to stop watching after five minutes. Edited footage might be for some impatient people (lot of those nowadays) but it is not for me.
