great lecture but, i believe you made a mistake. you took 29300 KG (units) and deducted actual price for closing and opening materials ( you deducted money from units.) its should've been 29300KG x 8 ( standard cost)= 234400 15700KG x 4( standard cost)= 62000 then deduct the price difference of the inventories( 3000 and 1000 respectively), leading to a total wood cost of: 231400 and varnish: 61000. 👍👍
