This lecture is amazing. I always found transfer pricing to be a really hard concept in performance management and for the first time I understand it. Thank you so much.
Great lecture. You cannot beat a clear concise and laymen's terms lecture. I'm faced with this exact problem at work. Looking forward to the next chapter.
I have a boubt: divisions consists of two separated "sectors" of the same company (2 divisions but legally only one company) or divisions consists of two legal independent firms that belong to the same group (2 legally indipendent companies but one controls the other one ---> one is the parent and the other is the subsidiary for example ). Thank you very much
Hello how are you doing im doing strategic management accounting and i have to do questions like from the viewpoint of the Primary and secondary division, determine the production mix that would maximise its divisional profits and calculate the total company profit, given that all Primary’s production is transferred internally. From the viewpoint of the Secondary division, determine the products and quantities purchased from the Primary division that would maximise its divisional profits and indicate the effect on total company profits. Determine the product mix that would maximise the total company profits assuming all transfers were internal. And return on investment ( ROI and RI) do you have any lectures discussing that. I think you are an exceptional lecture by the way.
THIS IS SO AMAZING! English isnt even my first language but i understood so well. These lectures are seriously a blessing

This lecture is for the ACCA Paper PM exam and for this exam determining a comparison company and finding an industry code is not relevant.
