Nice to see it redone with Home Free. I'm a Home Fry because of how authentic, humble & down to earth these guys are. Never been a fan of PTX. Their fans can be very toxic. Home Free has done many collaborations with famous artists & been on the Grand Ole Opry stage countless times but they don't brag about it.

Thats a big surprise, almost all fans of a capella are cross over fans for the 3 main groups ( PTX, Home Free and VoicePlay), some like one better than another , for the most part everone is happy to hear and watch reactions.
Thank you for continuing to react to Home Free despite losing some subscribers. I don't understand why anyone would want to unsubscribe just because of 1 group, when you guys react to all kinds of music. I don't listen to PTX anymore because their music doesn't reach me on an emotional level. For me, the HF guys have a warmth and soul to their vocals that I don't get from PTX (just my humble opinion-PTX fans please don't hate on me). But it doesn't keep me from subscribing to reactors. I just watch the reactions to music that I like to listen to, and occasionally will watch an artist, like Dan Vasc, that I previously had not heard of. It's a great way to discover new artists!
Wonderful music to listen to. There is no need for an extensive video, the voices do the work that I enjoy so much. I really appreciate the originals. Here Tim shows again how good he is at writing songs (together with others) and singing. That together with the background vocals is perfect for me. I just need Home Free every day to start and end the day😉
Yes, guys, this is a Tim original. He originally recorded it with instruments for his solo album "The Best That I Could Do" back in 2012, then when he joined Home Free they did an a cappella arrangement for their first post-Sing Off album "Crazy Life". This is a refreshed version for their new album "Crazy(er) Life" which came out a couple of weeks ago. It's just such a beautiful song. Tim really does have great songwriting chops! I'm sorry that some of your subscribers don't enjoy Home Free - like you, I love their humble personalities, their sense of humour and their amazing talent. However, we are all different and that's okay. Personally, I'm not a heavy metal fan, but it wouldn't stop me subscribing just because you do reactions to this type of music!
These are the guys I would love to have over for a backyard barbeque. The HF boys are real, and it comes across in their music. Here in Indiana, we would say they are "just good people."

I don't care for most of PTX's music, it often feels forced/unfeeling/lacking emotion, and their harmonies just don't reach the same heights taht HF's do, but rather than unfollow you, I just don't listen to those reactions. The HF family is (to quote Austin) a community of love and light. Hell, Tim just did a college lecture on "social harmony through vocal harmony" and used quite a few of HF's videos to underscore certain points. And they walk the talk.

I've noticed that those fans of others tend to view the Home Free vids just to leave nasty/negative comments. *shakes head* As for the accolades of other groups, specifically PTX, they mean little to me as I understand how the game works when it comes to awards (being nominated as well as winning). Home Free *has* won awards and also has achieved recognition from major artists (which means more to me than any award!). The difference is that HF doesn't rely on those things for their identity or some form of validation. It really is as simple as this: HF isn't with a major record label (by CHOICE, they broke away to have creative freedom over their albums and material) and therefore will not be nominated for a Grammy. No nomination, no win. Simple as that. Same reason they get wayyy too little radio play. *sighs* It has very little to do with how good you are. It's who you have pushing your marketing! Their earlier video of I've Seen is also great -- shows scenes of them on the road and performing this song. Keep doing HF. I was turned onto Home Free while reading comments on a PTX video several years ago & I rarely listen to PTX anymore. I find HF has a richer, fuller sound and does better harmonies. PTX just seems over produced from their music to their outfits and tend to over-sing songs. Their last performance on The Masked Singer(when they were unmasked) was atrocious. Again, they over-sang the song and were really off-key. Just my opinion.

Thank you for sticking with Home Free! That speaks volumes of what kind of people you two are! It’s really stupid when people say stuff like that. No one is forcing them to watch Home Free on your channel. All they have to do is scroll past it! There is a reactor I used to subscribe to and I had noticed he stopped reacting to Home Free> He still reacted to Voice Play (i don’t remember about PTX). Most of the music was not my style so I unsubscribed. Recently I noticed he reacted to the official video for Skull & Bones so I watched it. This reactor really liked Home Free, but because his subscribers complained, or his numbers dropped, he stopped reacting. You, fine gentlemen are wonderful people! Keep doing what you;re doing.

I am a hardcore supperfan for AC/DC and Home Free. I don't really listen to Pentatonix at all since Avi left them, they are too commercial for me. I do like most of the stuff Voiceplay does.

Between Home Free’s two versions, I really prefer their original version from their Crazy Life album. That one has a much better bass line.

The a Capella fanbase pretty much love all the groups ,everyone has their very favorite (and want to promote them for others to enjoy) but trashing other groups to promote their favorite is not very supportive of the community in general and the group specifically and just turns people from what they want them to hear. ❤ We love your reactions to all. But unsubbing because you react to a certain group is just beyond the pale. Kind of like trying to control what everyone else listens to🙉 . Very odd.
I've heard of reactors getting flack for reacting to Home Free mainly due to them being "country". Music is music in my opinion but there are some that truly ridiculous about it. And the whole Pentatonix vs Voiceplay Vs Home Free thing is so silly. The members of the groups know each other and in some cases collab. And I hate to say it, Pentatonix is hard to react to with how their label takes down videos all the time.

I love the fact that you guys are Home Fries for life like me. I agree that with them, they are who you see. They don't make any pretense at being anything that they aren't, and they don't really change who they are inside. They are selfless talented people who love to share those talents with the world, and speaking for the world...we are very grateful that they do.

Thank you for sticking with Home Free! That speaks volumes of what kind of people you two are! It’s really stupid when people say stuff like that. No one is forcing them to watch Home Free on your channel. All they have to do is scroll past it! There is a reactor I used to subscribe to and I had noticed he stopped reacting to Home Free> He still reacted to Voice Play (i don’t remember about PTX). Most of the music was not my style so I unsubscribed. Recently I noticed he reacted to the official video for Skull & Bones so I watched it. This reactor really liked Home Free, but because his subscribers complained, or his numbers dropped, he stopped reacting. You, fine gentlemen are wonderful people! Keep doing what you;re doing.

I just don't understand why someone would unsub because someone reacts to a group. I personally don't listen to PTX or Voiceplay, so when I see reactions to those groups I just pass on watching them. No one can beat Home Free's harmonies....it's about the music, not views and subs

This is a cover of their original version of their cover of Tim’s original song from his album The Best That I Could Do that he recorded before he joined Home Free. Between Home Free’s two versions, I really prefer their original version from their Crazy Life album. That one has a much better bass line.

What in the world did I miss? Why would you lose subscribers for reacting to HF? By the way, you should react to the sea shanty written by Adam Chance for the new pirate video game. I was luckily enough to be at the Oslo concert where they debuted it. It. Was. Incredible. (Also, this one was written by Tim Foust, the bass, and released on his non-a capella country album. It's very good there as well.)

I don't see how one who loves any of these fabulous groups don't love them all. They each bring us so much delight, pleasure and talent in their own unique ways - what's not to love? I listen to reactions I want to hear. Home Free. Other people prefer other artists. Not for me to choose for them. Sounds like some people want to punish Home Frees' success out of jealously. The a Capella fanbase pretty much love all the groups ,everyone has their very favorite (and want to promote them for others to enjoy) but trashing other groups to promote their favorite is not very supportive of the community in general and the group specifically and just turns people from what they want them to hear. ❤ We love your reactions to all. But unsubbing because you react to a certain group is just beyond the pale. Kind of like trying to control what everyone else listens to🙉 . Very odd.
I've heard of reactors getting flack for reacting to Home Free mainly due to them being "country". Music is music in my opinion but there are some that truly ridiculous about it. And the whole Pentatonix vs Voiceplay Vs Home Free thing is so silly. The members of the groups know each other and in some cases collab. And I hate to say it, Pentatonix is hard to react to with how their label takes down videos all the time.
I don't like Pentotonix. Beautiful voices but nothing that touches me like Home Free. But react to whomever you like.
