Absolutely blessed food. Already appreciating the Bhutan series of videos and you just began sharing them. Mark, Blessing MyBhutan Productions for supporting your excellent skills. Ying appears to have really enjoyed the trip as well.
I've never been so excited to see a food video until now! I've never even seen Bhutanese cuisine before but I'm loving every bit of this series. I mean everything just looks like it can all be my favorite foods. Must visit soon.

Hi Mark, I am not sure you will read this comment or not, but for the last 1 month I have watched almost all of your videos continuously!!! I love food very much and love to cook passionately. I loved your expressions, your bending after tasting the food!!! You are the inspiration for food lovers adding pinch of travelling in it. Keep it up man!!

Amazing video series Mark! Appreciate very much all your hard work and passion you put into every video. I know you do FAR more than just travel and eat, and you deserve everything you've worked so hard for! Cheers!

whenever I see vlog on bhutan i feel close to tibet bc bhutan is historically known as tail of tibet n as u said Tibetan religion n cultural influence is huge in bhutan. I can literally feel it.
Wow ... continuously amazed by Mark's ability to handle spicy / numbing heat from chili sauce and Sichuan peppercorn ... Mark - so glad to see your Bhutan videos, such a rare place to visit
Mark . I love your videos. They are so genuine. And Bhutan is my favorite country. I strongly recommend visiting the Tiger's Nest or Paro Taktsang as it is called. It is the most beautiful Monastery I have ever seen.
Great video as always Mark! Those coffee beans are from western ghat I think. I tried chicken thukpa in Sikkim and oh man did I love it! It gets your tummy filled so fast too.
just love the way you dig up the chillies !! well done Mark !! now i know what to offer you whenever i see or meet you !! good work u r doing. bringing us great food and culture !!
I can tell Mark was not as pleased with the Thai restaurant, but he kept polite and gave it a fair review. I don't blame him, the food from home never tastes the same in other countries.
Love from New York!!! My finance and I always wait for your video :) loveTibetan food too ! Thank you for sharing the food and culture. Best wishes to you & your wife.
Oh my this looks like heaven to me. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful all with plenty of fresh air. Wow I would love to go there. The food looks extremely yummy too. I cannot believe you could have that many Chinese peppercorns. Wow that was amazing.
Hi Mark!, Great Videos . Your travel for food videos really inspired me. After watching many of your RUclips Clips and reading your clips , I decided to travel for food this Songkran holidays to Jakarta. By the way, I am a foreign student studying in Thailand , your Bangkok Tips help me when visit into the city. Keep up the good work Mark & Ying , I really enjoy your show . Sawadee krup !
MsCherade9 Right! A little bit of chili is good, but I got the impression that he would always puts loads of chili on everything he eats overpowering the taste of the actual food!
Lao Tseu: Agreed. Is he actually tasting the food or just masking the flavour with mountains of chilli! Hence everything to him taste awesome. Between him and Mikey from simply dumpling lm convinced they put chilli/chilli oil on there morning oatmeal.
I had watched this more than 10 x. The food is not about chillis. I personally recommend to comment on the food which is the priority. Additional condiments that help would require the final verdict. That is for me. I love you Mark the reason i commented like this. You changed the the way i eat food in Thailand. BTW, i had been in Thailand for 27 yrs khrub. Thanking you always and Micah is so wonderful. Likewise K. Ying khrub. All the best and GOD bless you all.
Kuzu zangpo Mark.. Just wanted to say thank you for visiting our tiny little Himalayan country and experiencing different food.. Hope you enjoy it sir...really enjoyed watching your video sir.. Looking forward for more🙏🙏🙏
Mark....the video is awesome. Bhutan is a beautiful country and would definitely visit someday. To my fellow Indians and neighbour(Nepalese), this video was about Bhutanese food and culture and you people again made this comment section a war zone.....plz spare us. If you people can't spread love please don't spread hatred.
Wow...its great to see you in Bhutan. I have been following and watching your program for so long and have become such a big fan of yours. But my greatest regreat is not able to see you and meet you even though i live in Thimphu. Thanks for visiting my country.
karma jigme It looks like an amazing, beautiful place. Hopefully it will become easier in the future to get a visa to visit and explore the country. I've seen many photos and videos of different parts of the country, it's utterly stunning and the people are considered to be extremely friendly and welcoming to visitors. Am I right in thinking that English is commonly taught in schools?
Hello MsCherade9 , my country Bhutan is a mountanious country and govern by a very farsighted monarchs. Most of the places of Bhutan are covered by forest and yes...as you said people here are are very happy and friendly especially to visitors. I would always recommend you to come and visit my country. I am certain that getting visa to Bhutan wont be so difficult. Do visit my country and if you need any help...do let me know.
All the foods look so delicious! Plus the scenery and Bhutan's culture. Really a great combo. And Mark, you and chillies cannot be separated 😂😂 Very obsess with it haha.
Mark, your channel is probably the reason I've gained so much weight recently 😂 somehow you managed to make things that I'd normally be too picky to try look delicious, I always find myself hungry after watching your videos 😄
Bhutan is a very nice, peaceful and friendly country!, yet there are very few videos or documentaries about Bhutan in internet!, Mark Wiens, bro you are really doing a great job by filming Bhutan with its traditional foods. Please visit tribal and remote areas also except capital cities so that people can learn more about the food habits of tribal people..overall great job..cheers mate !
I love how you pile on chilli's/ peppers and say "its not too spicy" lol, I think if most folks tried to copy you they would be seriously put off. Some folks just cant handle spicy, I saw one couple in a diner order a nacho plate, then complain about the heat of the salsa... which had only onions to bring heat, it had no chilli's at all. Great video man, thank you.
You are the king of understatements, You said I will take a little seasoning and add it. You added more seasoning than there was stew.LOL The couches looked swooo comfortable.
Big Fan of yours from Thimphu Mark. You should try, folk heritage restaurant for authentic Bhutanese cuisine and the momos of Zone...I love you, enjoy your stay!
As an Indian who visited Bhutan there are some places and foods that are stupid expensive and then some are similar priced as India.I paid Rs.3000 for something that should have barely cost a 1000 but i guess it was my fault for not inquiring about the cost The air is clean and not much traffic and it noise. I definitely would recommend a visit for any Indian.
ross1972 Norway is the happiest country in the world. Bhutan was just the first country to come up with such an indicator to calculate overall development Also, the coffee was imported from India.
Thanks for the vlog Mark! Great as always! The temple surrounding reminds me of the PS3 Game Uncharted 2 settings...even the writings on the rotating bells are the same. :)
It looks so peaceful and relaxing. I love the joy on your face when you are having a wonderful meal. Thanks for sharing

Mark, I think you are severely addicted to chili!
Lao Tseu I think you're right! He has that in common with Simply Dumpling, he's obsessed with chilli oil, especially the one he makes himself!
MsCherade9 Right! A little bit of chili is good, but I got the impression that he would always puts loads of chili on everything he eats overpowering the taste of the actual food!
Lao Tseu chili and cheese. All he talks about. Lol
You think? 🤔 😜
