Great summary of your mods! I love your vids and I love your truck (as you know)! Keep up the great work, it's videos like this that inspire those of us with less skill to take a shot at doing something on our own....that wouldn't happen if it weren't for videos like you create.
Nice video. I knew you wouldn’t like that folding bed cover. They are secure no doubt about that. But they are also a real pain in the a$$. Now if we could just work on those puddle lights for my truck. I put 10” inch lights on the front doors of the truck. To tie into the turn signals. Looks good I think. There’s a company that I dealt with a couple years back. That had remote controlled cab lights. They’re solar powered. I think the name was cab over America. There not cheap but there’s no drilling in the cab. No wires to run.
I started work on my 2022 6.2 when it had 10k miles. I worked opposite as you. Cam swap kit, 3.0L Whipple, exhaust, tune and other goodie’s. Safely and reliably makes 600whp now. More to come soon, looking to make 700whp.
Don I have a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 3500hd dually I like how you wrapped your truck especially the roof black. My trucks color is Quick Silver and I think it would look good with a black roof like yours. I have 2 questions. 1. Any idea what it would cost to just do the roof if I had a professional do it and 2. How do you keep the wrap from peeling up if I only do the roof, is there a small pinstriped line piece where the end of the wrap meets the paint.
A good wrap l, even just on the top (cab) won’t require a pinstripe. The exposed edge faces down so just don’t pressure wash into the edge on purpose. As for cost, it is a full day for the cab plus materials. Maybe $700-$1000.
How have this wrap been holding? Just bought from that brand for my GMC. Everywhere I get a quote, they always have something to say lol. Not a good wrap etc etc
Holding up great. I would use this film again. We used it on the Escalade. Some local wrap shops liked the material and how neither have orange peel. Honestly there are so many good films on the market now compared to even 3 years ago
Thanks!
Wow! You didn’t have to do that! Thanks for the support and checking out the video!!!
Love my strands curved light bar in the lower valance that you inspired me to do! Still never seen anyone else in my area with it!

The sport bar should also fit the Retrax cover with the rails. I’ll be checking EGR’s site daily. That’s a must have for my ZR2 Bison.

I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and I’ve always wondered why you didn’t go for a whipple or long tube headers or at least a tune
Still under powertrain warranty
