  • Realm About Podcast Description: Hell Hath Fury
Episode 02 : At Darkplace Hospital lunch is delayed and objects begin flying around. At first suspicion falls on the hospital's temporary clerical assistant, but Dagless is determined to find out the truth. Guest starring Stephen Merchant.
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace is a British dark comedy show made for Channel 4 by Matthew Holness and Richard Ayoade. Darkplace is presented as a lost classic: a television series produced in the 1980s, though never broadcast at the time. The show parodies numerous aspects of '80s low-budget television, including fashion, special effects, production gaffs, and music.
No copyright infringement intended. All copyright remains under Channel 4. I do not own this show at all. This is the wonderful work of writers and creators Matthew Holness and Richard Ayoade.

If you're interested, the actor Matthew Holness has just written a book under the guise of Garth Marenghi called Terror Tome. Written as though he were Garth Marenghi. Here's the blurb:
'When horror writer Nick Steen gets sucked into a cursed typewriter by the terrifying Type-Face, Dark Lord of the Prolix, the hellish visions inside his head are unleashed for real. Forced to fight his escaping imagination - now leaking out of his own brain - Nick must defend the town of Stalkford from his own fictional horrors, including avascular-necrosis-obsessed serial killer Nelson Strain and Nick's dreaded throppleganger, the Dark Third.
Can he and Roz, his frequently incorrect female editor, hunt down these incarnate denizens of Nick's rampaging imaginata before they destroy Stalkford, outer Stalkford and possibly slightly further?'
You can grab a signed copy from the Forbidden Planet website, I'd highly recommend it!
