Sebastian Alvarez | Wingsuit Terrain Flight | The "Old Man Line".

- Sebastian Alvarez Wingsuit Terrain flight with his Italian buddy Dario.
Exit point Aiguille du Midi 3842 mt, Chamonix-France.
In 2015 our friend Trent Conroy discovered this beautifull line and invited Sebastian to fly it.
Dario and Sebastian found this line so amazing and challenging, they spend 2 weeks flying the line, checking and making sure the line was clear and with no wires or big branch or anything can make the line unsafe. Actually, if you pay attention to the video there are wires at the beginning of the line few second after they connect to terrain flight, wires from the old cable car. But we go below them :) and a horizontal tree, just at the end of the left turn, coming out from left to right.
The name of the line Old Man Line is in honor of our friend Dave Buchanan.

Surprisingly this fella is still around. That’s a rare and good thing.
Truly the only way to feel free at last would be for a old man such as my self to do this but I think it will be my last feeling of being free. When I was around 7 or 8 years of age I took my mothers large umbrella up on top of our house and opened her up and took the plunge but on the way down the damn thing folded up on me. Well it hurt just a little bit. I was just a child that wanted to fly and That was just all it was to it. I learned one valuable lesson That day!!!! Use a lot bigger umbrella the next time. That little fellow never got the opportunity to fill that dream. My point here is to put things ( a side) in your life to follow your dreams before it's to late because life is like a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Don't let this life trap you like it did me the old man. I'm currently making or fixing a bucket list so you pray for me please. I'm going to fulfill That little fellows dream. God bless all.
Donald Mabe I feel the same way. Losing weight so I can at least use a paraglider. A bit less intense than a wingsuit but gotta start somewhere.

Do you have any leverage to go up a little in case you wanted to, at the price of getting a little slower and then speeding up afterwards? as in, could you trade your pitch angle with speed, or is your angle of descent determined and you can only decide about your banking angle?
