You forget Osman 1 , orhan , Murad 1 , beyazid 1 , mehmat 1 , Murad 2 , mehmat 2 the conquerer , Selim 1 they all are great leaders along with Suleiman , Ahmad and Murad 4 then with bad end but Abdul Hamid .. many ottoman sultan and caliphs were great they all made history written with golden words .

No. They're two different girls. Rasha was given the name mahferoze, when she became Noor e nazar. While this girl's real name is mahferoze
This mahfiroze didn't survive the small pox or some plague. Rasha was renamed Mahfiruz, she's the mother of Osman II

Concubines were not haraam in that time. Actually Sultans were not allowed to do nikah. Sultan Suleyman broke the custom of 200 years and did nikah with Hurrem. Later Sultan Ahmad did nikah with Kosam Sultan.
Otherwise its always harem in the palace where they had hundreds of concubines.
