This is nice to know however, this particular mold has no vent. I suppose they could have put one in but with out a vent there is the possibility of moisture build up. The ear canal must be monitored and clean frequently. My ear mold vent was intentionally blocked to minimize feedback. This is how I learned this.
do all ENT (or audiologists) do this? Im getting my molds next week and im honestly kinda scared lol because of my ear canals, it usually hurts to put anything in my ears and im worried the foam block might hurt. Can anyone help me?!
@@anupamamartin7757 you know where the ear canal turns on the upwards bound! That's the best place to stop. Tho. Seriously I wouldn't recommend instamolds method. That right there is 6 dollar fix 10 if doing both.
can this hearing aid mould just be used, without dipping in clear seal silicon coating? is there a specific reason why the coating is needed? (e.g. would the mould be squeezed out of shape without the coating?)
the mold would still keep shape since its elastic silicon, but the coating is for protecting the silicon from getting rubbed off from use. without it the mold will catch dirt, rub off and be unsable in no-time.
Love the chord changes @ 1:05 and 1:20. Good stuff.

Britney Danise some people like myself are extremely sensitive to pressure and pushing things into the ear causes insane pain
When you get back can I ask u something
I'm an audiology student and as far as I know it doesn't hurt much..u might feel a bit uncomfortable but it's not a painful process
