Strip copper wire, of the diameter of the inside of the tubing, cut the wire in 10 cm pieces , make a loop on one end , cut tubing tot the lenght of the wire ( note: wire should always be straight from the loop down) pull the tubing piece on the wire (wires, because you will make more than one) bend the tubing with wire at the middle, do this with as manny wires with tubes you have, than put them all in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain the water, let them cool , unbend the wire and pull the tubing off , and voila , you got tubing for earmolds. i do this with tubing of 3.1 mm exterior, and 2 mm interior diameter. ;)
