If this film was a flop, would you still feel the need to take down Dr Dre for a incident that he had already compensated the victim for? It's funny how they put the Mark Anthony Bell incident in the movie (type Dre goes on a joyride) to risk exposing Dre as a heroic liar but never mention Dee Barnes. Dre never dared to protest against the Mark Anthony Bell incident at all & was there with Tupac beating on Mark all alright. Mark Anthony Bell was the slave looking beat up guy holding the piss in the champaigne flute with everybody laughing at him.

F Gary Grey and the rest of the music industry black listed and ended D Barnes career after she took Dre to court. As young as they were, i would have taken a 5 minutes as whipping if it had meant id still get to keep my career. Almost 30 years later, and we are just hearing her name. I know a lot of people wouldnt agree with me. But business is all about playing the game smart. Never get yourself blacklisted and never pick sides between people you career depends on. I feel sorry for D Barnes, she didnt deserve any of this. But life isnt fair, how you react to the BS is key to your career survival.

I felt like it was a good movie but I didn't like how they lied on eazy e and made out like he didn't have any success after leaving the group that he was broke it felt like they wrote that story to suit there needs out there on behalf of Eazy-E second why didn't they put Dee barnes was Dr Dre to frighten that it would show an impact of him being a devil beating on women

It was an NWA-related issue in that the group was notorious for their misogyny towards women and the incident with Dee Barnes involved all the members in some way. Dee interviewed Cube which set Dre off and led to him attacking her. Then Eazy-E and MC Ren both said in interviews that "the bitch deserved it and I hope it happens again" and were laughing about it.
Man, this was an ARTISTIC movie, NOT a biography (bio-epic is not a biography),
and nobody is obligated to portray every stupid moment of someone's life.

Dee Barnes actually received a financial settlement regarding the incident in question. In most cases the parties involved in a settlement are not allowed to publicly discuss the issue once the agreement is finalized. It is highly unlikely that a litigated incident would appear in a fictionalized film, and this is a fictionalized film based on true facts not a non-fiction 100% factually accurate documentary. If this film was a flop, would you still feel the need to take down Dr Dre for a incident that he had already compensated the victim for? Also, you imply that only White critics like this movie, that in and of itself would not account for the success of the movie. You seem to be suggesting that if White people like this film then Blacks shouldn't go see it. The fact of the matter is that this is really a good film, one of the best released this year.
