2018: ADE v PA: Hard to tell.
2023: CAR v MEL: Hard to tell.
2023: ADE v SYD: Crows robbed.
2021: GEE v BRI: Lions robbed.
2021: SYD v GEE: Hard to tell.
2008: NM v SYD: Sydney should've had points taken off.
1991: ADE v FIT: Fitzroy got robbed.
2019: ESS v COL: Essendon got robbed, numerous times.
Also, I would love to see a "Greatest 20+ Point Comebacks Fallen Short" video one day.
Umps missed numerous calls for collingwood but no one cared to bring it up since we won. I am obviously very biased though

In the last minute of the game it is in Collingwood possession inside there forward fifty when tackle was laid on a Collingwood player and he clearly incorrectly disposed of the ball and no free kick was payed. Meaning had it been payed we would have had enough time to go from there inside fifty to ours and possibly scored a goal to win. But if that is not enough 5 seconds later Collingwood we’re awarded a stupid push in the back free that shouldn’t have been and Collingwood milked the clock somehow missed the goal but the siren then went
Essendon we’re robbed in that 4th quarter no excuses

Missed the Collingwood v Adelaide game this year, free kick should have been awarded to Adelaide in forward line close to end and was not and Collingwood go on to win by less than a goal.

i feel like Brisbane in the grand final this year was unfortunate. the ball was in the air when the whistle was blown and also when advantage was paid. cost them the grand final
2:45 Right call was made, he didn't have prior to dispose of the ball. He picked it up and was immediately tackled.
You’d be 100% right if he’d managed to hold onto the ball, but he didn’t, he dropped it. That’s incorrect disposal, a clear free kick.
@@banfield74 That happens every game where someone picks it up, gets tackled straight away, and then drops it or the ball spills out and it's not a free. No prior to dispose of it and if you've only just taken possession of it there's not much you can do that's why you never seen those payed. Probably happens 20-30 times a game

As an Essendon supporter yes those calls on ANZAC day were shocking but we also had plenty of chances to go forward when we did have the ball and kept turning it over.

I remember 6 or 7 year ago when saints played hawks in tassie and there was 2 kicks not given marks even tho both travelled over 15 m and hawks got a free kick for holding the ball and kicked the winner
Us crows fans will forever be salty over that Keays call, it’s arguably the biggest robbery of all with the massive ramifications that was at stake, and that was the same umpire that involved in that Jenkins post hit, he must get his glasses checked or something.

You missed the head high tackle on Dawson which would have resulted in a Crows kick for goal after the siren against Collingwood to try and win the game. The AFL came out and said it should have been paid a free kick
Crows lost a potential 8 points on the ladder due to bad umpiring this year which is kinda crazy
The umpire that called Jenkins post hit a goal was the same one who called Ben Keays's goal a behind.

2001 preliminary final ESS v Haw was the worst umpiring I e ever witnessed, Essendon got up by a kick
The afl crew labbed up the Jeremy Cameron one and found out the kick actually went 21 metres
2024 season already having its fairshare of poor umpiring decision- to quote BT "that was out of bounds!!"
As a Richmond supporter I will clearly remember when we versed Sydney, we were awarded a free kick but Chad Warner still decided to kick the ball away after the siren. If we were awarded the free, Prestia would’ve been within 40 metres of the goal, and easy shot to win the game.

1997 Finals Series had two incidents.
Semi Final: (Week 2) Leigh Colbert mark for Geelong against Adelaide was called no mark when the Cats had momentum and 3 Goals in front.
Prelim Final: (Week 3) Tony Liberatore kicked what would have been a match winning goal for the Bulldogs against Adelaide but since the ball went high above the Goal Post, the Goal Umpire called it a behind.
Adelaide Crows won both finals and went on to win the Grand Final in 1997, a Premiership they were lucky to get.

And I've also heard that there was some bad umpiring that went pro-Geelong in the semi? It's just this 1 (which the umpire called incorrectly) is ALWAYS used as 1 call.
I'd actually argue that the finals system robbed Geelong more. This is 5th hosting 2nd isn't it?
@@riggy1990 Back in the 1997 finals series, the Final 8 system between 1994 to 1999 had the winners of Week 1 host their next finals in the Semi and Prelim finals.
Those who lost in Week 1, regardless of where they finished, didn't get to host a home final in Week 2.
They called it the Home Final Advantage due to interstate teams making the finals around that time in the AFL push for making the league Australia Wide therefore Finals representation outside of Victoria.
Also the Crows finished 4th in 1997, not 5th but I can understand the confusion as it was 1998 they finished 5th and still won the Premiership despite being thrashed by Melbourne in Week 1 during that year.

The worst robbery I feel like was in 2019 I think where it was Collingwood v GWS. Jeremy Howe took a shoulder ride speckie but it wasn’t even in the mark of the year contest instead Liam Ryan got it instead. Robbed Robbed Robbed
And the Crows have been made to pay for that Fitzroy game every time we've played in Melbourne ever since

No such thing as robbed based on score related umpiring errors just because the mistake occurs close to the siren. Any mistake during the whole game can have the exact same impact.

Dane Rampe (again Sydney benefit) climbing & shaking the goal post when the Essendon player was taking a shot. the rule is very clear if that happens, its a free kick in the goalsquare (but according to Gil, even though the rule is there in black & white, claims the umpire made the correct call because he took into account "the feel" of the game)
I'm so glad that anzac day 2019 was included into the video i have Collingwood fans that still claim that the bombers weren’t robbed when its clear as day that they were its ridiculous
