- After request from my viewers I’m happy to share with you today how I perform NativeTruefisp renal arteries.
Tune in and check it out.
Thanks for watching, following and supporting.

keep the videos coming please, thank u so much. can u please talk about abdominal imaging and how to reduce artifacts ( such as parallel imaging artifacts) many thanks.
Great breakdown!! I hadn’t considered adjusting the volume box over the kidneys, I like the trick for setting the respiratory tracker, and good tips for reformats. I usually use SpO2 gating for Native along with respiratory bellows. I would really like to see a some tips on Native Space for the lower extremities. I liked the video covering the MRA QISS technique but unfortunately don’t have that feature.
Hi Bac!
Can you explain position of invers saturation? Where is it setted?
Hi. Check this paper.

Love your videos.
Could you consider one on metal reduction sequences?
Warp vs semac?
Wrist/hand in particular .
Thanks
my idol!!!!!!!
That's great thanks 😊
Hi. Very useful video are doing thanks for that but i have a small request please do video on fetal MRI
Hi Bac, thank u for the nice tips. We have not been able to get such lovely images even w resp gating.Just wondering how u managed to reduce the breathing artefacts and minimise the venous contamination.
thank you so much.
im just new in mri sir, your videos are very useful to me, sir can i ask you about mra - brain and carotid angio with contrast, how many cc of gadolinium will be given to patient and how many minutes or seconds before we scan?
thank you sir.
Than you Pro
thank you so much
Hi Bac! nice video! where can I find this sequence in the Siemens tree?
In the siemens tree write in the search. Truefisp native. If you have it, it should appear. If not. Then it needs to be purchase.
Hi sir very good work can I do this sequence with pulse the ECG not working good in syngo e11
Thanks
Should be possible to do so. But why ecg is not working well?
Thanks sir for your answer yes ECG not working
Your videos are awesome, I try some things and try to find different ones, I am also a new incoming technologist and I am very much looking to understand all the possibilities of MRI,. However, you could make a video on magnetic brain spectroscopy???
Thanks. Stay tune it will come
Any tips for doing MRV of abdomen, more so kidneys. It was ordered and said pc VIPER which I believe is a GE term and not Siemens. I use a Siemens Sola right now. Any tips?
Try bright blood stir resp trig. You get all blood bright though not only mrv
Did u use restore magnetization?? I've got a bright cerebrospinal fluid with this option "ON"
No not available. Yes restore makes fluid bright. Check this video for further understanding of this parameter. ruclips.net/video/40Id8mMPg84/видео.html
Would u mind sharing the scan parameters, esp the TI (inversion time)?
Ti 1350 ms
Recommend to use the original one from siemens tree. Is not that bad if using it correctly.
@@Nguyen_MRI Thank you for the reply, :) . Some people recommend using a second TI to suppress the IVC signal. I wonder if you do that as well..
No I don’t. I read about and tried a bit.
@@Nguyen_MRI Thank u for the replies, :)
Hey bac are you familiar with the software for the altea? Because the native trufisp did not look like this set up
You probably have xa software?
Yeah xa30
@@JamesBrown-oo3uw should work directly from the siemens tree.
Good work sir
Can I do this exam without ECG plz on the same system Siemens Aera 1.5 E11 thank
I strongly believe you can find one without ecg on the siemens tree. I never done that before. But should work.
👋👍
Hello,
Thanks for your amazing videos. I have a question for you, do you have a protocol for unenhanced MRI for pulmonary embolism? I have read an article with a nice protocol, if you like I would send it to you to watch you doing the practical part of it, it's pretty simple (ungated free-breathing SSFPs 5 times at each anatomical position in every of the 3 planes with overall 1500 images, 500 for each plane). What do you thinkk of this protocol?
Interesting please send it to me on Bac.nguyen@aristra.com
Thanks.
@@Nguyen_MRI Done. Thank you!
Hello sir!!! I have a question. Isn't it necessary to use the scout mode first? thank you
No you can avoid that but you have to let the sequence run then it will adjust itself to the right position, but then I strongly advice to remember that position number you see on the live navigator -> stop the ongoing sequence -> open up the same sequence and adjust that new number in the pace card before start again.
By this you avoid scout mode but have to run a “fake” sequence to see the real number for adjustment. It’s better the sequence starts right at the exact number rather than let it run for several seconds due to adjustments.
We don't have Native sequence :'(. If ever a doctor demands this we will be force to use a carebolus
Is Avanto 1.5 available ??
Yes but it’s a package which needs to be purchased.
I really wish u r GE operator .
Thanks. Wish I had my hands on all vendors to see the pros and cons on all areas. ☺️
Sir if possible please provide with breast MRI and post processing.
Plz MRU
