Well, to be fair, your notes don't need to look the same but if this bothers you too much, you can train your caligraphy. Bro, I only have a decent handwritting because my mom forced me to train hahahahaha and because my grandma said it was ugly, so I tried even harder hehe.
if you were too lazy to write, you can always use Notes! if Notes was kinda boring, you can use Procreate, make sure to download the cute fonts bc Procreate fonts was boring (dafont.com) hope this helps!!

There are cheaper Apple Pencil alternatives Like I heard there’s a pink/white stylus for $25 on Amazon that works great - it just doesn’t have that pressure sensitivity I believe
these note taking videos fooled me into buying an ipad. it’s seriously not as easy as they make it seem. it takes way more time and energy which is why i’ve moved to the good old paper and pen. also your handwriting will never be this pretty unless you write at a snails pace
