  • We were delighted to be joined by guest speaker, Louise Kenworthy, at our Neuro Social group in December 2022.
    Louise is a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience in neuro rehabilitation and she is also a yoga therapist. Combining these skills gives her a unique platform to deliver truly holistic sessions for people with neurological long term conditions.
    Louise’s passion for yoga has grown over the years and has been cemented by the overwhelming medical evidence supporting the benefits of yoga. She explains these benefits include:
    • Reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety
    • Aiding better quality and more restful sleep
    • Improved strength, flexibility and balance
