Duan, there is nothing left for the baby to be here we are all looking forward to seeing him now !!! kisses. You are going to be the best mom😍😍🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You got everything right down to the snacks - very clever 😉. If your uncertain if you have enough, maybe pack one more of any items you feel need one more of - like a bib or a cloth or something. I’m not sure how hospitals operate now cause of covidd but it’s always good to be prepared. Can’t believe he’s going to be here soon. So excited 😃
Today I had the saddest, most nightmarish day, but your video managed to make me smile anyways. Thank you Duan for always sharing such positive content...really makes the difference!
I just graduated college (crazy!) and in my last semester I took a fascinating class called "Children's Health and the Environment" where I learned that lavender is actually an endocrine disruptor. What do I know haha but maybe consider getting a different essential oil! Sending you lots of love and praying for a safe and healthy delivery and baby ❤️
6 weeks postpartum over here - I think what you packed is great! I had a vaginal birth and live in Canada so only stayed in hospital for 8 hrs after delivery. Used literally nothing except the one outfit to change me and baby into! But glad I packed toiletries since if we stayed longer for a C Section I would have used them. And my husband ate all the snacks 😂. I forgot my own pillow and wished I had it so definitely bring it! I would say skip the Boppy. Love having it at home but wouldn't have used it in hospital - baby will sleep a lot in the little hospital container and breastfeed with you reclined in the hospital bed! I also brought adult diapers (always discrete boutique) to use instead of the disposable underwear & pads from the hospital and so glad I did. Way easier and more comfy and lived in them for 2 weeks afterwards. Not the most environmentally friendly, but you can change back to your more eco friendly option after you recover! Lastly, you could skip the speaker if you want. We brought one but just played my music on my phone. Good luck and congrats! Babies! 🥰
@@DuanMackenzie I am excited for you! Becoming a mom is such an emotional rollercoaster, but for me it has been the most wild and fun ride of all tiiime! 🤗🥰🥳
I can’t believe the baby is almost here I feel like you just announced it yesterday! Can’t wait to see them if you show them eventually!! Also my cousin who lives in germany just had her baby a few days ago and she had to have a emergency surgery and they are making her spend 5 days there.
If you plan on breastfeeding, I highly recommend lanolin cream! If you have a pump and plan on using it, it also would hurt to bring it to have the nurses help show you how to use everything.
I don't think you need to bring a boppy. I definitely recommend a light robe to wear, nursing bra, NIPPLE PADS (you will need these I leaked for a whole year and ruined a lot of shirts), and mittens for baby so he doesn't scratch his face (those baby nails are no joke). Take as many pads and stretchy underwear from the hospital as you can lol
He’s going to be a cancer (I think you said you’re having a boy) make sure to counteract how society teaches him to repress that cancer emotion! Us cancer girls do well in society, but cancer boys can be toxic because they can’t be themselves. 😭😭😭

You might want to bring a pant type of situation for going home :) Something easy and quick to go to the bathroom!
Hi there Duan! Where is your duffel bag from !
A friend gave it to me. It’s Salvatore Ferragamo 🙈🙈 but I think it was a sample because I couldn’t find it anywhere
