I personally think this recipe was poorly narrated we’re not told at what heat the stove should be on, or exactly how much wine to pour in… so I’m a bit concerned but we’ll see…
@@jordanpudumo2672 I mean it was okay. It tasted a bit bitter. For a person cooking with wine for the first time I don’t know how it was supposed to taste hence I say it was poor direction. 🤷🏽♀️

How did it come out? It is cooked on very low heat. I guess with wine you can use your own discretion.

Slow cook it and it comes out much better with the pressure cooker
