This has easily become my favorite Mario Maker video! And not just because of the shout-outs or the levels you played (hope you enjoyed it, Peridot! :3) but also because it genuinely made me laugh and feel happy! (And it was edited really well, great job Editor!) I’m sad to hear that the series has come to an end, but I’m definitely looking forward to Super Mario Maker 2! (And all of your other videos too, of course!)
I really hope you all enjoy your vacation, I’m glad that you’re getting some time off to enjoy the summer and relax, you definitely deserve it :)
With that being said, I’ll be eagerly awaiting for your return and your next video! :3

I've been really sick lately and had all school exams & tomorrow we have this weird interschool sports carnival so I've been really stressed but as soon as I watched this honestly I felt sooooooooo much better thank you so much😘🤩
Go ahead and take a vacation. You all deserve it. I just came home from my vacation at rehoboth beach. I saw that dashie ended his Mario maker series. It was a bit of a shock to see both of you to end this series, though the game is from 2015. Have fun with your vacation if it is relaxing or thrilling. Also that redesign at the end was umph, fabulous. See you all soon. 🏖✈🚙🌊🔜🎮

Hey dashi- i mean peridot
I suck at video games and watching peridot play is like watching me play a game I haven't played in a very long time. So this is relatable.
Well Peridot, thank you for playing my level, it was an honor to have it be chosen for this video! It's a shame that this is the last one you'll be doing for Mario Maker. But I'm glad at least one of my levels got selected for such a video! I had been watching this series ever since the first video over a year ago. And I had a great time thought it all. There were funny moments, frustrating moments, and fine editing that got better in each video! This will probably go down as one of my favorite series to have watched. I know the 3 above things will be at the forefront for the Mario Maker 2 videos in the future. But for now, thank you for the good times!
Fun fact: that was the second level I ever created in Mario Maker, so I didn't begin messing with the course lengths at that point. It is easier compared to the other courses you have done here, but I figured you needed a level you can get through without dying a lot. :)
Also its quite alright that you ended up flying over the whole course, because I DID NOT expect you to do that! Although you did end up missing the other parts of the level. I had intended for players to use the spike helmet to block the falling Spinies from the Lakitus, and that Fire Flower to deal with enemies in front of you as you climbed up and down the mountain. With that extra platform providing an extra boost for getting the top of the flagpole. But its okay, really! :) I wish you all a relaxing summer vacation!! And I look forward to the Super Mario Maker 2 series when you come back in September.
On another note: Guess who has 2 thumbs and is getting Mario Maker 2 for his birthday? This guy!!!! Once its in my hands, I'll be able to dive deep into the new elements to craft levels around them, including an even better Underground Mountain, maybe with slopes!! So look forward to that!!
I will miss Super Mario Maker I understand things must change. I still hope both can coexist together. I like this channel and I have been here since the beginning. So enjoy your vacation. I personally like the channel and characters the way they are. So I hope if any please consider keep both Mario makers together if possible in the future. Of not I will still understand.

Aw, that underground level could have been fun... This is why I always say, if you're going to put lakitu in a level, always assume the player will steal the cloud and ride it as far as possible, potentially skipping the level.
