This is a great video! Your setup and the way you talk about making coffee and recognising mistakes is so professional it’s like you’re making mistakes on purpose for the sake of education. Keep on brewing! I generally prefer sweeter drinks so I’ll go with a cappuccino and a sugar or two but if its a new cafe I’m trying out, ill get a single espresso to try out their coffee at its purest.
