I've never owned a 2 litre. I've had 3 1.6 capris. I bought my first capri in the summer of 1986 and have had them every single day since. I bought my red 2.8 injection in August 1991 so now owned her over 33 years. I have just done a major overhaul on this one and replaced lots of parts. I haven't driven it for over 4 and a half years. I finally did on October 10th 2024. Last used 19th March 2020. I had to work through covid as a key worker for almost 2 years. And then work 2 jobs so time was tight and I bought parts as and when I could and fitted them. I then lost both of my parents so didn't want to work on the car. Then ended up having to move house this wasted 3 months having to do all that. So a few days ago I actually went out and had a drive. The motor just purrs (still sounds as good as the day I bought it) and I have bedded in the new brakes a little.

Your Speedo looks off set. Should be pointing to the nought when stationery. Might have faulty clock that needs replacing.

Not sure what you are showing on this video, is this just a guy filming classic cars or a sales video?, If it is for sales can I offer some constructive criticism, (not trolling you).
. Engine sounds terrible, way out of tune or is it the microphone?
. Yes get the owner to talk about the history of the car, but don't ask them does it drive ok, is clutch ok, any problems you need to tell us of, give an impartial overview "i noticed no clutch slip," " I witnessed the car start ok" , " The oil pressure remained good through the road test" etc.
. Describe the car better, I see a comment asking if 1.6 or 2L, I also see badged as 2.0 in video, so self explanatory, could just be badge engineering though.
.When filming underside take a bit more time to show structural parts of car, seeing side of a gearbox is great but means nothing
.You seemed to flash quickly past damage on bodywork, almost like oops didn't mean to film that bit, it is not a new car defects are expected don't try to hide or not film these faults, show them so people know what needs doing if they so choose so.
Wish you the best of luck with your channel.
