I comeback to your halftime video of the Rams game sometimes. Ozzy is such a cool soul.
As I told you on your "Child in time" post, these 3 legendary groups Zeppelin/Sabbath/Purple are the precursors of Hard Rock, the musicians and singers are exceptional, as for the drummer Bill Ward I think that he is the best of all time, if you listen to "War Pig live in Paris" you will see the extent of his art, it's just phenomenal plus Ozzy gives us a magnificent text against war

Written in about 30 minutes to fill a space on the album! My all time favourite band. No bad songs. Must listens: Fairies Wear Boots, Planet Caravan, Into The Void, Supernaut, A National Acrobat, Symptom of the Universe, All Moving Parts & Junior's Eyes. But whichever you listen to, I'm sure you'll love.

Nice reaction Jacqueline. Bands like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep were ahead of there time. At that time in the 70s the heavy bands really did not get air play on the radio as it was only top 30. Other great bands to check out are Budgie song called Breadfan, or Napoleon Bona Parts 1 @ 2. Other bands to check out are UFO, Rainbow, Montrose and old Scorpions with uli john roth on guitar
