I have seen so many videos on side breathing.. Nothing like this... This is a killer. This is the first swimming video I have saved on my Playlist after watching thousands of them. 👌
Man thanks a lot! I have been learning swimming for more or less 60 days in a pool. Within 5 days, I grasped the basics but I have been struggling with breathing since then. I have seen a lot of videos but could not implement them consistently when I was swimming. After watching this video, 95% of my problem is solved. I hope within a day or two, the rest will be solved too. Like I said before, thanks again! You are a natural swimmer and teacher. You have a video on doggy paddle and that was the most effortless doggy paddle I have seen on the internet. I have tried to replicate your style of doggy paddle but naturally failed :v
Hey, no problem! I'm glad I could help. It's great to hear that you've been making progress with your swimming. Keep watching videos and working on your technique, and you'll be swimming like a pro in no time. As for the doggy paddle, I've been swimming for most of my life, so it's second nature to me. I'm happy to hear that my videos have been helpful to you. If you have any other questions, feel free to leave a comment below. And good luck with your swimming!
@@RocketSwimming Thanks a lot for replying to my comment and for the encouragement. I will of course keep in touch with your channel. Best of luck for your content.
Working at the ymca in South Carolina as a life guard/ swim instructor. My homework for my adult swimmers is to watch this channel to speed up their learning process.
I'm a diehard cyclist and decent runner. I just signed up for my first triathlon and I have no clue how to swim properly. I love the pineapple and your patience in the water!!!
The best freestyle breathing video, just like the comments have stated, it's the most helpful video after watching countless breathing videos. Will definitely try this one out next time im in water.
Wow, thank you so much! Breathing in freestyle can be tricky, but once it clicks, it changes everything! Let me know how it goes when you try it out in the water.
I went to Level 1 adult swim class today for the first time in years. I informed instructor I struggle with breathing and rhythm and haven't been in a pool because of intimidation of not knowing what to do. Instructor said good to know but not once during the class did she give me any tips. She said at least I'm here. I struggled, completely out of breathe after 25 meters and felt humiliated by being such a novice. I don't want to go back because she made a comment how 2025 is the year all these new people are trying to swim. Yeah, so what, we're trying to be an all rounded athlete or improve our quality of life. This is my 5th video of watching your videos and I love everything about them. I put together a list of drills with descriptions to go to pool on my own. THANK YOU!
Oh no! I totally feel what you must have gone through. A swim instructor should be very connected and patient with the students. But don't worry! I suggest you to go through my videos and practice the drills religiously. Keep in contact with me on the channel so I can guide you and follow your progress. I have a lot of confidence in you. Keep me posted.
I have been a swimmer my whole life. I'm 46 and know I took swimming lessons as a kid but don't remember much about them. It feels more like an innate skill. However, I've always struggled with freestyle breathing. This is phenomenal. I want to try this next time I'm in the water.
absolutely loved gonna try this method to get comfortable in water and stay floated for long time. I can already feel how fast it make me feel comfortable in water for long time in no time.
That's wonderful to hear! Getting comfortable in the water is a huge step. Keep practicing, and you'll see even more improvement in no time. If you have any questions or need more tips, feel free to ask. Enjoy swimming!
Really this is the one of the most & the best video on how to breathe I am really glad to learn from you You are really straightforward with your points & making it easier for any person learning to swim & breathe Keep up the good work!!!❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you from my heart. You are an amazing teacher. I watched many videos, but they give lessons for professionals, not for beginners . Greetings to you from the Middle East, from Yemen specifically. Thanks again
What an amazing video. The turnover from the front crawl is awesome. Never in a million yrs would I think that move was possible. Great to do if your out of breath or tired. Great survival skills. Thanks so much for this video and all the hard work u put into it. Appreciated.
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm thrilled you found the video helpful. Keep practicing, and you'll master it in no time. Your support means a lot-thanks for watching!

Initially i could not breath while swimming. But now i can take breath for 4 or 5 times while swimming. But then i don't know what happens i end up standing in pool lol. Any tips to do free style swimming for longer distances?
Great progress on your breathing! For longer distances, focus on maintaining a steady, relaxed rhythm with your strokes and breathing. Try to keep your body streamlined and avoid lifting your head too much when you breathe. Building endurance takes time, so keep practicing and stay patient. You've got this!
I receive many emails, texts, and voicemails everyday, and I try to chime into the comments too. I also respond in the order they’re received so hang tight and I’ll be with you shortly!
