i felt physical pain when you leveled everything but his basic attack when 80% of his damage is from the basic attack (and the other 20 is from his ult)

Congrats on getting Dan Heng IL! If you want even more dmg, i'd recommend investing on his basic atk trace to the max, because it improves atk% for the 4 levels of his atk (basic and enhanced ones), and trying to get the final ascension ones, the one you'd want the most is the Jolt anew, because it increases his crit dmg on enemy targets with imaginary weakness, but there's crit rate and imaginary dmg bonuses too so you can go for it, on the relics' side i'd also recommend 2-pc wastelander 2-pc musketeer, and for the sphere set, rutilant arena; and for the lightcone i suggest you buy "on the fall of an Aeon" as soon as possible, because the thing is, with each enhancement of his basic atk you use, he'll do a multiple hit attack, so you can stack the attack bonuses basically each turn if he's always using Fulgurant Leap. That's all, congratulations by pulling him and enjoy, he's fun and really powerful!

So I was lucky to get two DHIL in one pull, and then I got his LC. I was able to level him to 70, and his lC to 80 with no traces leveled and he can already do like 40k damage. Jesus.

i also have a copium lc for IL and its blade's bis. i accidentally pulled that light cone but since its not that bad, i guess it works lol.
I lost my 50/50 on him hard pity, trying to get him again now guaranteed on 58 pity hopefully i'll get him early grinding like crazy rn
i lost at 77 pity and now im at 12😢 i can probably get him by the end of the banner but I wanted him early (I havent completed a lot of exploration)

11:56 you should probably start off by reading the characters kit first before judging them..
Imagine the Pikachu face when fucking kid will find out that he wants only ATK and crits XD He enhances his basic ATK in one turn, so SPD is useless and you sacrificed ATK for it XDDD
my last guarantee was loucha i went 80 in on kafka banner and got her and i pulled dan heng IL in 20 pulls i was so shocked i wasn't expecting to get him either

Edit: well someone definitely saw this because i did get him! Though i can't really do too much just because destruction has a high chance of being targetted.
this video is entertaining solely bc of how painful it is to watch not only did you ignore his basic attack (where most of his damage comes from) but you also put speed boots and speed set on him when speed is actually very very bad on him (yes you can go wrong with speed)

im using a Imbibitor Lunae (but don't have Supports... at least not 5 star ones)
also I try to get a good DoT Team (currently its Ratio, Black Swan, Guinaifen)
i will now try to get Sparkle
if I don't get her then Ig I just save for another Support (Ruan Mei) or Fu Xuan
And ig in like 6-8 months Kafka comes back and then I probably gonna summon her.

With Dan hengs you want the lowest Speed in the Team because you want the 3 Points Form the Others in the Team
I am also building my dang heng and he's at level 70 with 62 crit rate and 119 crit damg he's so strong and i will make him even stronger with time 😊😊 😊😊😊

Just started the game and got him from a random 1 pull so this should be helpful (god luck fr)
got him at 17 pity and his lc at 43 pity but took me almost 2 weeks to build him because the relics hate me
You should've maxed his Basic Attack before anything else
3k hp on blade is the scariest stat I've ever seen. Please get Blade to at least 8k or 7k hp

You can’t really go wrong with either so pick who you like more, but if you have no preference imo I think it would be better to try to get Dan Heng IL and then maybe you can use the rest on Fu Xuan or save up for Luocha
