Dao Discovers ONE Motion That Relieves 8 Months of Back & Leg Pain

  • Most people with back, butt, and sciatica pain have been led to believe that the solution to their pain must be complex or invasive. Neither of which ring true very often. In fact, the more complex the problem- the simpler the solution. Dao had tried all kinds of fancy treatments- spinal decompression (DRX 9000), McKenzie press-ups, McGill Big 3, hip openers, TENS, myofascial release and deep tissue… but none of it worked and was just making things worse.
    His ability to walk got worse and worse, until eventually he couldn’t walk for more than a few minutes before needing to sit down. This was caused by a disc herniation. After learning about what pain is and how he could optimize his healing environment (mentally and physically), he started to notice a positive change. And then, we taught him how to go hunting for motions, so that he could learn how to identify the ONE motion that would make him better.

    It's working. I had the same problems. I would have pain when I woke up in the morning, I would have pain while sitting, I had pain while standing, and I tried that single movement. In just 1 day, my pain decreased by 80%, and on the 4th day, my back pain was no more. Thank you all. Right now I only have pain in my right shoulder, I have a lot of pain in the fly movement while doing incline benchpress. Very little in normal benchpress. I will be very happy if we solve this shoulder injury😇

    So thankful I came across this. I’m 35, good shape and health but Iv been dealing with a disk issue and nerve pain for months but any extension exercise was very painful. Took me a while to figure out I should only do the “yummy” stretches especially when my chiropractor is saying “keep doing the extension exercises”. I knew something wasn’t right and when I found this simple stretch it has worked wonders. The slight twist is what I think really made the difference. I was about to schedule an MRI but Charlie you are the man, thank you so much for posting this.

    Thank you Dao and Dr. Charlie. I needed to hear this. I, too sometimes retreat when so.ething doesn't work in the timeliness I wanted. I just have to be patient and keep pushing through. track

    ❤ Dr Charlie, you helped me a couple of few years ago (I watched your piriformis video and chatted with you… Sue from Australia 🙋🏼‍♀️). That issue happened months after my disc herniation which was remedied by physio exercises. Very recently, I was standing in the shower a leaned down to brush clean under my left foot. I felt the same disc L3/4 slide out slightly and it grabbed on the left side & hip. I knew instinctively what I’d done, but thankfully this time only discomfort. Nothing at all like the writhing agony I was in the first time. I immediately started my exercises again. It took about a week to come right, but I’m all good again now. Would the exercise demonstrated in this video be beneficial, and if so, do I bend to the left hand side or right hand side? Thank you ❤

    I tried this and found it very relieving. I don't know if Im a weird case, I'm mostly very flexion intolerant, but press ups and hip flexor stretches haven't been working either. Anyways, thanks for sharing.

      There's a lot of value in the first 20 minutes and for many it's KEY to their healing. So often people just want to skip straight to motions to resolve their pain but end up unsuccessful because they miss this key component. I highly recommend hearing the entire message.
