My name is Ivory Hayes and I own a condo in Phoenix, AZ. I am wondering how I might have my unit considered for the show cashpad. It's 980 sqft, 2 bed 2 bath condo with an awesome view of the sparkling pool. The unit is located just on the other side of the 17 fwy and Grand Canyon University. There's major gentrification and revitalization happening in the area. The hoa just painted the entire building which gave the complex more curb appeal.
I'm not sure what other information is needed in order to be considered but I'd love to speak with someone regarding allowing my unit to be considered for use.
My property can either be on the show or not as I am not really looking for my 15 minutes of fame on television, I just really need assistance with bringing this property up to par given the positive changes that are happening in the neighborhood and keep cashflow happening.
I have a full time day job and it's a tough topic for me to keep up with this property the way that I'd like. I constantly get calls, on a daily basis from people and companines asking me to consider selling. I've been holding on to this unit in hopes of some positive progress.

If you have multiple properties in multiple states, it sounds like you're pretty loaded and don't need a cash pad.

I was shocked when they painted the trim on the keyhole windows the same color as the wall. They should have painted the trim white to contrast. Bad taste guys.
