Hi. I wanted to ask you when you applied for your apartment what did you use as proof of income ? Or did you have to provide one? Being a full time student I understand you can ask your school to work part time after a few months of living in Korea. But before that time do you have to have a certain amount in your account. Thanks for the vid it’s very helpful.
Hello (: I guess this Zigbang and DaBang wouldn't really work if I'm only looking for short-term leases right? I'm planning to apply for the Sogang KLEC fall semester, which is only 10 weeks... Do you have any room-hunting tips for short term leases? Thanks!
@@pngtiff Thanks for the quick reply Tiffany! Yeah, I'm looking into goshiwons at the moment but it's been difficult to find good ones online (nobody seems to have reviewed goshiwons near sogang!) I guess I'll have to take my chances and go goshiwon-hunting when I arrive. It'll be great to get some recommendations if you manage to get them from your friends! :D
@@pngtiff Hi Tiffany! Glad you could clear up some questions. That helped me a lot. But I still don't understand what 전세 2억 means, for example. The higher the value, the number increases. From 전세 2억 goes to 전세 2억 5000, then 전세 3억, 전세 3억 2000, 전세 4억, 전세 5억 3000, 전세 7억, 전세 8억, 전세 10억 5000, 전세 12억, continuously. Do you know what these numbers mean?
You mentioned being hesitant with putting down such a large sum for the deposit. Is it common that these scams can occur? I am looking into getting an apartment in Seoul and putting down a larger deposit for lower rent seems quite reasonable for me, but I am quite scared regarding the security of that money.. :/
i was previous the real estate broker in korea..not now. your waying is very dangerous...~! i can't english very well & i believe you can korea language .. 1,부동산 권리분석은 필수이다.
