You need to place it in a spot with bright indirect light. Monstera plant grows best in well draining potting soil. Check your potting mix weather it is holding lots of water or not. If yes, change the potting mix.

Once in a while if you are fertilizing, it will be happy. It is not compulsory to fertilize them if you planted them in the ground

We cannot suddenly move a plant indoors that is used to the outdoor setting. You have to train the plant to adapt to the indoor conditions. Do this by placing it indoors for a few hours a day and then slowly increasing the duration of time you keep it indoors. Also, keep in mind that these plants won't be beautiful if you are planning on keeping it indoors permanently.
