Just like in the game against Ovtcharov, Ma Long displays a renewed desire to attack with the forehand. In this summary, winners with forehand cross court (3) and body (2), and pivot cross court (4). He also makes 3 winners with backhand cross court but it is undeniable he has shifted to a more aggressive style, at least in this team match. Maybe against the more aggressive Xu Xin he will resolve to controlled defence and breaking down tactics.

Ja Timo! Du musst einfach schneller werden auf den Beinen. Brauchst mehr schnelligkeitstraining. Dann steht man auch besser zum Ball nech. Ach und Auf- und Rückschläge...dat üben wir aber nochmal du :-)
Aber gegen Ma Long muss man einfach perfekt spielen und einfach mehr Sicherheit in starken und weichen Bällen bekommen.
