Those rooms look like a donation site for Prom. People donate their prom dresses to a store or a group. The group then finds a place that is willing to let them use a few rooms (like a store or a building or a house that is not in use). Then they put it in the newspaper, on the internet etc... to let the community know when and where the young ladies can come and try on dresses. They give the dresses away for free to young ladies who cannot afford to buy one. When you're going into the basement and ask "Hello, anybody down there?" A female answers back with a yeah. It's at 14:44. At 18:28 after you are startled by the statue, there's whispering. Sounds like a man to me but I can't make out what's being said. At the start its almost like he says "It's not ...... ..... ....." it's a lengthy sentence. You'd have to use some sound effects to hear it.
I did here someone else say something when he asked if anyone was in there. I thought I was just hearing things it was one word like yea or oh. It was pretty hearable and I'm not using earpods or anything.

That's what I thought. It was probably before 2002 when France switched to the euro. Robe is the French word for dress. Divide those prices by 5 or 6 and you get the price in U.S. dollars. Still pretty expensive.
Wait. You do this exploring thing often, yet you go room to room saying “creepy!” There wasn’t a single thing “creepy” about that first house. It was just old. Worse yet, you show up without a flashlight? Who goes spelunking without a flashlight, a sack lunch, a camera, water, a first aid kit, and a phone? (Minimal “survival gear.”)
Dresses... I believe that is a receipt in Euros. 258,915 Euros = $278,668 dollars. TVA is probably a Value Added Tax. 14,000 Euros = $15,068 dollars. On the other receipt, where it is in dollars, it seems to indicate 18 for a size. European size 18? or US.. ... interesting to see these receipts!
Those prices had to be in francs, that invoice was probably before 2002 when France started using the euro. There's no way polyester dresses would cost a quarter million dollars!
That does not look like a sculpted statue at all. It looks like all the clothing shoes, body etc has had runny cement applied in layers, much as you can make garden pots etc. Which is a little (or a lot) creepy when you wonder what the human form under the cement may be! Wasnt there some sort of old horror film with that sort of theme?
