இதவிட ஒரு அருமையான கருத்து பதிவிட முடியாது. சட்டம் மத்திய மற்றும் கீழ்நிலை அளவு மக்களுக்கே. அதுவும் கூட துணிந்து விட்டால் எந்த ஒரு சட்டமும் ஒரு மயிர் கூட பிடுங்காது. கும்பகோணம் பிரபல தனியார் பள்ளி தீவிபத்து சம்பவத்தில் பள்ளி தாளாளர் வெறும் 2 நாளில் பெயில் போலீஸ் துறை நீதி நிர்வாகத்துறையிடம் பெற்று இறக்கும் வரை சிறையே செல்லவில்லை. ஆனால் குற்றமே செய்யாமல் குழந்தைகளை காப்பாற்றி சேர்த்த மாதம் ரூ 2000 சம்பள ஆசிரியைகள் பெயில் இல்லாமல் பல வருடம் சிறையில் இருக்கின்றனர். அவர் குடும்பத்தினர் பலர் அவமானம் தாங்காமல் ஊரை விட்டு ஓடி போய் விட்டனர். இந்த நிர்வாகிகள் ஒரு நாளில் சில மணி நேரம் ஆவது நேர்மை செயல்பாடு அக்கறை காட்டினால் போதும். வாட்ஸ் அப் பேஸ்புக் பதிவு அவசியமே இல்லை விளம்பரத்திற்கு

ED has enormous power as explained by Ravi sir. Pmla is a very good law to stop money laundering. The question is it’s efficiency. Bail stage is very toughest under pmla. Once arrested it’s not easy to get bail however, in case if a person who is innocent is made as a baqara then very difficult for them to come out. Big shots easily escape if the predicate offence is closed. 90% cases the predicate offence will not stand the trial or will not have proper materials and evidence to prosecute the accused. Hence they get bail and pmla case will be quashed. Very sadly ppl are languishing in jail are the ones who are actually innocents made to act as a dummy there by the real launderers escape..

Any law can be misused. We all know how public prosecutors argue. It is a comparatively low paying job. So that could be one of reasons for low conviction rate.

There should be a change in law that if anyone comes under the radar of ED he should be permanently disqualified from contesting elections.

We need change in law only those have minimum qualification to contest election. One way to look to reduce inhuman crimes, ofcourse there are many good leaders emerged in our country without higher education qualifications.

Good inputs sir - we need to have punishment's quickly - then only the mistake doers will have fear and we can stop open corruption across India.
If so all BJP leaders including Mr.Modi must be punished. But the ruling gang won't be punished but misused for crushing opposition parties.
All these functions of govt institutions should be in syllabus in social studies or atleast in economics or govt can introduce one subject like these to students.
