Properties donated to Muslim organisations are handled by Waqf Board, where as properties donated to Hindu temples by kings and others for generations are under govt through endowment dept. Is it fair? Why no one raises this issue in these discussions.

Nearly 10,000 acres in medak district in Telangana has been notified as waqf land which our forefathers have been farming on this land.

Not only Thiruchendurai, Tamilnadu. Similar incident happened in a town, namely Vriddhachalam, Dist. Cuddalore, TamilNadu acres of land are being claimed by Waqf. The land was sold to several individual buyers before 30 - 40 years. A notice was issued by the Sub- Registrar, Vriddhachalam that the land cannot be sold/ purchased or registered, as Waqf claims it's theirs. But, later the advise was put on hold due to agitations by the present owners. However, the issue is alive even today.

Why congress gave unprecedented power to WAQF .
Scrap waqf, no land grabbing . Rightful owners should get back the land . Misdoings of congress should be corrected . Opposition giving communal angle to anything and everything for their personal gains. These discriminatory laws should be abolished.

Whoever may be living in India are under the jurisdiction of Suprme court.
Supreme court can interfere in waqf board properties.
Properties donated to Muslim organisations are handled by Waqf Board, where as properties donated to Hindu temples by kings and others for generations are under govt through endowment dept. Is it fair? Why no one raises this issue in these discussions.

Those who oppose let those pseudo secularists know that "Waqf Act" was brought by Authoritative, Facist Nehru, though it was opposed by Babarao Ambedkar. That time in the Preamble of the Constitution of India didn't had the Word "SECULAR". Once "SECULAR" added in the Preamble then all the Religious act in the Constitution becomes Null and Void. Either you remove the Word "SECULAR" from the Constitution or remove All the Religious Acts incl Waqf Act, Worship Act, Madrasa Act, ban on Bhagavad Gita teaching in the educational institution act etc. Has the CJI guts to do it? Just demolish the act . If Saudi Arabia- the fountainhead of Islam - does not have it, there is no need for it in secular India.
